It might seem like just a spoon at first glance, but this spoon is genuinely impressive and has quickly become one of my favorite kitchen tools. I picked up the utility spoon (1 TBSP version), and it's incredibly functional, perfect for cooking, tasting, stirring, and even quick measurements. The metal feels premium, with a balanced weight that feels hefty but not unwieldy. The spoon’s shape is well thought out, rounded but with a wider edge to help prevent spills, and a slightly pointed tip (without being sharp) that makes it easy to reach into corners or scrape your mixing bowl. I really like that it holds an actual tablespoon amount, making it convenient for quick and easy measurements. The finish and overall design of the handle gives it a sleek, modern look, and the engraved logo on the back of the spoon just adds a fun aesthetic. Because you can use this accurately for measurements, it also helps limit your need for additional utensils, which makes overall cleanup much easier as well, and the craftsmanship feels top notch. While it’s pricier than a typical spoon, the quality and versatility make it absolutely worth it for serious home cooks or pros. If you're on the fence, you can probably wait for a sale like I did, but I think it's still well worth it. Highly recommended!

Did not know what I was missing. A Chef friend told me about the little secret about Chef spoons. They are a very good tool for three tasks. On the fly measuring (the spoon is exactly one tablespoon), tasting and stirring. Extra benefits that help the functionality are the rim around the edge that actually prevents spillage and the quality of the spoon (it's not cheap and flimsy) and it will not get hot instantaneously the moment it comes into contact with food that is hot. Would I buy again? Of course, it is a very well made, sturdy and pretty tool. I use it more than I could have ever imagined. If you cook a lot, and you are always grabbing a spoon to measure, stir, taste etc. This is a must have.

Man, I use these spoons all the time, got one for me and one for my wife, which really means two for me. I use it regularly. Love that it has a one tablespoon measurement, which makes life easy. It is always there when I am cooking.

Yeah, it's pricey. Yeah, you can get a spoon at the thrift store for $2.00. But I'm here to tell you with this next to you when you cook, it feels serious. I bought this as a treat for myself and am so glad I did! It looks better and I feel better cooking with it.

I own a lot of Dalstrong products and have been very happy with all of them, until I purchased this ridiculous spoon. This handle is entirely to short for the size of the spoon and what you would be using it for and who is the Einstein that decided to put a pointed end on it. It will DIG into your hand real quick.... Unless you are just stirring your coffee with it. I would NOT recommend this to anyone and if it was not a waste of my time I would have sent this item back.

It is beautifully designed and good weight. Very high quality. I actually used it one hour after it arrived, I dry seasoned NYStrip steaks to prep for grilling 6 hours later!

Toy need this in your kitchen...I love that spoon to use at cooking or baking...great product!

It is a gift but my son. He didn’t dislike anything at all.
