It was a pleasure doing business with wecreate. The machine is so easy to use, and the staff is professional, and take time to answer any questions and address concerns. If you want to laser engrave I would recommend this over other companies, as the machine and software are easy to navigate. If you’re thinking of buying this, I would buy another one if my bussines was big, maybe one day.

Love mine easy to set up but do recommend to get the 2w IR laser with it because ur very limited on what you can do with the 10w (also recommend the higher ones just because of speed) I wish someone wld of told me this when I ordered mine so now im paying more to get the IR separate

This thing's got a learning curve, but it's been a blast! It's pretty easy to use, and what you can make is awesome. It's built really well and isn't too big.

I was really excited about receiving this laser cutter after seeing so many good reviews from a bunch of my crafts groups. I went with this bundle since it came with the attachment to engrave on tumblers. The price point and ease of use was the main reason for this purchase. Setup was simple and the software is beginner friendly. My main issue were the steel plates you cut on. They do not sit flush in the laser bed, so you would need to purchase a new bed to cut properly/safely. There is really no good way to secure any items you are cutting/engraving on without this immediate upgrade. The other issue was the rotary attachment. Essentially it is a defective kit, that will not hold any tumblers/cups properly. You would need to buy pieces to modify it to work properly. The company already has an updated rotary attachment, so it's unclear why this bundle came with the older model. I really wanted to like this laser cutter because it was low maintenance compared to a co2 laser. Unfortunately I had to return it after three days so I didn't really get the chance to see its full capabilities because of these and other issues. I also want to note that this is a 10w laser cutter so be prepared for it to be slow. If you have the money to get more wattage, you should go for one with more power.

The media could not be loaded. I was hesitant on buying this mainly cause of price but I got it on sale. I did some research on different ones. But getting the all in one engraver laser has been lot better than I expected. I’ve made quite a few different projects most of them turned out really good the other ones I had to adjust the settings. It’s still a working process but the engraver itself has been really good. I do recommend getting this as your first laser with everything you need in one box.

This thing is a beast, I like how it’s enclosed so I don’t have to worry about my kids.
