Bombay Sapphire London Dry Gin is the classy friend I bring out when I want people to think I know what I’m doing. One sip and suddenly I’m the sort of person who says things like “notes of botanicals” while absolutely not knowing what any of them are.It’s smooth, bright, and dangerously easy to drink. My G&Ts go down so effortlessly that I’ve started blaming the ice for disappearing too quickly. The flavour is crisp without that harsh “I’ve made a terrible decision” burn some gins have.Plus, the iconic blue bottle makes my drinks cabinet look far more sophisticated than I actually am. Honestly, it’s doing heavy lifting for the whole house.If you want a gin that tastes great, looks fancy, and gently convinces you you’re a functioning adult, this is the one.
