It works
Used twice since purchase and on both occasions it definitely made a huge difference . To my over all well being and hydration status , my headache faded very quickly and didn't suffer any leg cramps . As for the taste , I got the apple/pear flavour and it's very subtle and drinkable with no after taste and quite nice . I will be ordering again to keep stock in .

Apple & Pear - not great taste but seems to be working
I got these to help with the frequent headaches I was getting and lack of water I was drinking. I got the Apple and Pear flavour as it was on offer to try and have to say, it tastes horrible, a bit artificial. I will still drink it as I think the benefit outweighs this, and if I continue I will try a different flavour. It’s very convenient in small sachets but the opening is really hard. Most the time I’ve been using scissors to cut it and it is very powdery when you pour it out so a tall glass is ideal. It dissolves very easily and quickly, sometimes I don’t even stir it. The texture is like a normal drink. The price is decent as most are similar pricing and I got it on offer as well.

Honestly life changing, we bought it for drinking alcohol on holiday, we didn’t have hangovers …. In our 30s! Honestly amazing!

Count the sachets
Good product……….should be 4 or 5 stars ’but’. I always transfer the sachets from the original box to a jar that is kept on the kitchen worktop. In this occasion I noticed there were only 11 sachets in a x12 sachet box. Considering the price that’s a bit cheeky.
