does your hair get fizzy and/or get flyaways after washing? does this create build ups and matted up your hair?

This shampoo is really good, I’ve been using it for years for my thin, fine hair. There is no build up, my hai feels really soft and clean after using this shampoo.

Is this definitely for fine hair as I see one review says it isn't

I’ve been using this shampoo for about 15 years. It changed formula last year but I find it still does an amazing job with my fine hair. A lot of brands of shampoos leave my hair feeling like it has a residue on it, this never has. I would highly recommend it!

Does this shampoo come with a pump?

No - a pump head was not included, I purchased this separately a couple of eyars ago and re-use it.
