Just what I needed for my shoulder fracture.Keeps it secure and I've been able to return to work .

Listen up ladies... if you are like me, slightly on the more buxom side just be a little careful where the plastic bits end up across your front. I bruise easily and have had a couple. Not something a guy has to think about. The under arm wrap could do with being a little longer as the plastic buckle sits against my skin and its not always that comfy. BUT... it definitely works, my shoulder is pain free for the first time in a couple of months.

Really helped my husband's shoulder. The only negative was it rubbed a bit under the arm.

Not very comfortable for woman as it sits across the breast. If you move it it rubs under the arm.

Works brilliantly and I got an ice pack so during the hot weather I was cool. Being fat it was the adjustable and I didn't realise how much the pain was reduced for me.

Completely pointless. Its doesn't support anything and smell real strongly of old tyres.There is nothing good about this item.

Works well for that extra support when you have rotator cuff injury and other shoulder problems
