BORN PRETTY Red Cat Magnetic Eye Gel Polish Reflective Holographic Gel Nail

I only did one coat of the blue tears and it’s very pretty. It’s like a silvery base with the blue cat eye effect and red/pink glitter. It’s different and I like it. It was really easy to use and when I have more time I’m going to try a few coats to really make the cat eye pop. Honestly for one coat I think it’s pretty good. I did the full reflect technique on one hand, and the circle technique with the round magnet on the other hand for the round reflection.

I am absolutely blown away by this magnetic cat-eye polish! The shade of blue is gorgeous, and the sparkle under the sun is next level. My Application Process: First Coat: I applied one thin, light layer and flash-cured it for 10 seconds. Second Coat: I applied a slightly thicker second layer, immediately used the magnet to get that perfect velvet/cat-eye effect, and then did a full cure for 60 seconds and then a top coat. It was incredibly easy to work with, and the depth of the shimmer is just stunning. I’ve already gotten so many compliments on my nails. If you're on the fence about trying a magnetic gel, definitely get this one, you won't regret it! I will be buying more!

I was super excited to try this product. I’ve tried other gels from born pretty, but the last time I bought them was the beginning of the year. I think they changed their formula, because this new one I got is super insanely thick, and it wasn’t just my bottle because my friend also ordered some recently from them and they are also incredibly thick compared to the ones I bought in December/January. Which is mildly annoying, but what was even more annoying is the holographic does NOT show up! I did about 3 layers of the polish, activating it each time (I have no issues with cateyes) but with this one you could barely move the particles and you can only see the holographic colors in the sun light or with a flash light. Otherwise it just looks silver. Which is not how the picture portrayed it to be. Highly unsatisfied with both the quality and accuracy of the color. First photo is without any direct light, second is with flash. It’s pretty when you can see it with a light on it, but you shouldn’t have to get a flash light out everytime you want to see the holographic colors of it.

Pretty, but it does not look like the picture it is more of a dark gray and the flash you see the pink and blues, but it’s very very hard to see on mine at least. Im not a pro, but i was hoping for more of a light blue and pink angelic look.

The Arctic Blue was really pretty! I do feel like there are other professional nail polishes that you can buy for around the same price point with more color payoff. Con: polish smells very chemically, I opened the bottle and the smell was strong! Product was thick but also seemed like it could dry easily which made it hard to manipulate Looks prettier with flash (I guess most cat eyes do) Pro: stunning with flash, looks like the aurora borealis Had flickers of red and blue and purple I will say I am very much a novice with nails I just started recently but have watched many videos for cat eyes and done my own successfully. I did 2 coats of the polish on white and 1 on black. Like I said I found the polish to be kind of hard to spread I’m not sure if that’s why it was hard to manipulate the way I normally do it so I kind of just moved the magnet around the nail. It does look stunning in the light. And the blue is definitely more visible in person than on camera. I got it for 30% off i definitely wouldn’t pay full price for this

Gorgeous color and long lasting. Cures quickly under a UV light. Formula is thick but offers good coverage.

I love this product, i put a base of black under it and it looks beautiful. it’s tricky to work with because it is a really thick gel. the dry time is not long, and it’s definently worth the price.

I'm torn between 3 and 4 stars. Price point, size of the bottle being bigger and the small but mighty magnet I didn't know even came with it are the main positives. Very easy to use as well. What I don't like so much is how extremely thick the polish is. At first I assumed it was just due to being outside in the freezing temps upon delivery but week later when I went finally use it it's still very much thick. I tried setting it in hot water like someone had suggested in their review and it did help a tad. Lastly, and I'm aware the product photos are done on nails with no base color; which I did try I just didn't cure it and didn't get a photo unfortunately, so I did a quick swatch on notebook paper if that even shows well enough and I used the polish on my nails over 5 different base colors to see how it looks and it sadly doesn't really seem to be as advertised. Now it's close, I guess, I see more blue And green instead of blue, purples and pinks which is what I wanted as I have a few chameleon cat eye polished already that look similar. I still think the polish is a pretty and fun one to have so it is what it is. I'll keep searching for one that has the color shift I want I suppose.

This is easily my favourite cat eye polish in my collection. It looks very much like labradorite, and the flash is blue/teal/purple from different angles. It’s not quite as saturated as the photos, but it’s still pretty bright! I used a spinning magnet for a glass bead effect and it turned out stunning! Reviews saying it looks grey probably just looked at the polish on the brush without applying it and magnetizing it. It has holographic flakes which makes it look dull before applying it. I will agree with other reviewers that this polish is particularly thick so application can be a bit challenging. It’s worth it.

Très bons vernis avec une bonne couvrante, 2 couches suffisent pour un super résultat.. Je recommande vraiment les vernis Born Pretty. De plus le prix est très intéressant pour un lot de 6 vernis semi permanents.

Me encanta todo, desde la cobertura y la facilidad al aplicarlo, hasta embalaje tan presentable y su rapidez en la entrega. Seca super bien en uv y no en mucho tiempo. Me encantan.

Non avevo ricevuto tutti i colori così ho contattato il venditore che è stato molto gentile e disponile a inviarmi subito tutti quelli mancanti, ho provato i colori assieme alla base e al top della stessa marca, li adoro e sono molto resistenti
