Can anybody tell me if this is made with proper natural essential oil or if it is just a synthetic fragrance?

I do not know what fragrances Air Wick uses, but as a chemist I would think synthesized fragrances. Contrary to popular belief, synthesized fragrances are a lot more pure than "natural" fragrances as they do not contain unidentified ingredients that could be harmful. Many natural fragrances are what the FDA and EU term "generally regarded as safe," but the truth is not clear. A synthesized fragrance is generally chemically identical to the major "natural" component -- just a lot more pure and thus safer. And, the content of "natural" fragrances differs from batch to batch. Do not let the term "natural" mislead you.

Excellent Air Freshener

An excellent Air freshener that's long lasting very suitable for a bathroom and toilet especially this one cherry blossom (my favourite) and supplied at a very good price. A superior product from Airwick and excellent for people with a poor grip, very well thought out.
