what is the difference between these and the product that says for teas?

I believe you meant "tears"? Allergy drops are far more harsh on your eyes, due to their anti-inflammatory ingredients. This product is a sterile drop, which also stimulates your eye to produce it's own tears. Far more comfortable and safer.

What's the difference between visine tired eye and visine all day comfort? they both look to have the same ingredients.

As well as lubricating the eye, ALL DAY simulates your eye to produce it's own tears. I also find it to be the most comfortable product, for an "all-day" eye relief.

Are these “all day comfort dry eye” or just “dry eye” because there is a huge difference and the pic vs description don’t match

Does it clear red eyes

I like this product because it does NOT have tetrahydrozoline in it to 'get the red out." I never wanted to use eye drops with that ingredient because it would sting my eyes and years and years later they said if you used it all of the time you could get an eye infection. This product does prevent your eyes from feeling dry all day long and you don't have to keep applying it - yay!
