It *is* oily!
To say this is oil-free is like false advertising. It is a bi-phase product with an oily half. You can see this in the photo. Now technically they may argue that it is not scientifically ‘oil’ but it really is oily. It does leave residue. My eyes were blurry afterwards. It is just like any other bi-phase makeup remover. So disappointing.

i enjoyed this product alot, granted i only received it yesterday. However, it easily removed my eye makeup (i wear alot of mascara) very easily, its non-greasy and it has no scent, which is a plus for me.

Very effective
These stuff gets waterproof mascara and eyeliner off. No problems.. It can be a little greasy because it is oil based , but as a first cleanse it is perfect. I use it on my eyes and then follow up with a foaming face wash in the shower. All traces gone.

Shake well, it's the absolute best mascara remover!
Excellent waterproof mascara remover!! Takes waterproof mascara off quickly with minimal swipes and no rubbing!! Initially I thought it was oily, but I didn't read instructions which state shake well. The oil sits on top, so if you don't shake it you only get oil. BUT, when you shake it, the oil gets evenly distributed and the remover is not oily when used. I did pictures and a video. Shake it to get the milky color then it's ready to use. Removes waterproof mascara quickly and completely without rubbing and doesn't leave an oily residue. Best waterproof mascara remover I've ever used and works with all mascaras for quick and thorough mascara removal. I love it!
