- 2K QHD Battery Security Cameras Wireless Outdoor System, 4-Cam-Kit

I spent a lot of time looking at every possible outdoor wireless security camera. This was the right choice for me. I'm happy with this purchase. No subscription to pay and I just delete anything that gets recorded that I don't want to save, and when I do save something I just save it to my phone. I'm not super tech savvy and this was super easy to set up, instructions were easy to follow, even installing the hardware outside I was able to do without any problem. The picture is clear, the sound is clear. I wasn't looking for hardcore security, as I live in a very safe neighborhood. I have not had to charge the battery since installing it and going on two weeks so the battery seems to last long for me. I've had no issues thus far. (Edit, haven't had to charge the battery, still at 50% after 3 weeks of use)

Absolutely love these cameras!! 10/10, absolutely no complaints for the year and 8 months we have had them. These stay in place and do not follow movement, but AOSU has other cameras that track! We went with the cheaper option since we weren’t sure what we needed and these are amazing. I’ve loved having them. Easy installation, USB-C charging, LONG lasting charge, and the included hub stores everything we need without any sort of paid subscription. They do NOT work without internet, but that isn’t a problem for us. There are so many settings to meet our needs, like night vision as well as an automatic light that turns on when it detects motion. If you like an alarm, it is very loud and can be enabled during only certain assigned times of day/night if motion meets certain set criteria. Alarm/notification criteria can easily be set to certain set “zones” of the camera’s view, general movement, a person, and/or someone “lingering.” The sound and video quality meet our needs, however a stronger video quality would be better for an actual security camera. We installed four cameras 3 days ago. While we have not had them on for 24 hours straight at all times, we have had them on a decent amount of time over the last 3 days. The battery power still shows 100% on all 4 cameras. The physical installation was simple. My husband did need to improvise a mount (see last photo) due to the angle required for the camera. The mounts included in the box are designed for mounting on a vertical surface. Which we did not have for this location. But we made it work. The video quality is clear and crisp in both daylight and night. Please see the attached day and night photo/video attached. At night, the cameras offer lighting. The sound is also clear. A bonus, in my opinion, is a speaker where you have an option to speak through the app and a “male” voice (even if you are female) is projected through the speaker on the camera. AOSU thought ahead on this safety feature. We chose not to purchase cloud storage, rather, we have the free 60 day loop storage. Storage is based on how much activity takes place. I am able to easily download videos or still shots of recordings directly to my phone. Multiple family members can have access to the cameras via the AOSU app. You do need internet to use this camera system. You also need to connect the base unit directly to your router with the Ethernet cable included in the kit. There is also an electrical cord that connects to the base unit that will need to be plugged into an outlet or extension cord. The package comes with a USB charging cable for each camera. I chose this camera package after my son purchased the AOSU cameras and liked them very much. He told me the field of view and clarity was so much better than my current camera system. He was right. Plus the AOSU cameras offer a rechargeable system vs. my current cameras have expensive batteries and an annual fee. I’m so glad I made the switch to AOSU. I did have questions for the AOSU customer support team before installing the cameras. I called the toll free number that was in the manual and spoke to a friendly woman. She forwarded my concerns to AOSU’s escalation desk who contacted me via email the following day. They were able to answer my questions quickly and efficiently and assured me any concerns I may have had would be resolved. I must say, the customer support is excellent. It’s nice to know that if I have questions I have a team of people I can call and know they are responsive and stand behind their product. Yes, I recommend this camera system.

To start with what I like: Easy to set up! Within minutes I had these up and running. Camera quality is clear and details everything as if I'm looking at it from my own eyes. What's even better is that I have a 5ghz wifi connection and these are able to connect to it. The size is perfect and easily handled when placing them on the outside of my home. The features are basic. The one thing I like about those are that it has a built in alarm that can be set off by the touch of a button so if I see anyone trying to break in or posing a threat, I can set it off and it is LOUD! They are light weight and well built. I have had them for a few months now and I have had no problems with them. What I dislike: Every so often I have to take them down and recharge them. The battery drains pretty quick depending on how you set your cameras up. For example, if you want them to pick up every movement etc. The other downside is that they don't sell single cameras that are 5ghz capable to connect to my wifi. Only this package is able to do that. I have been wanting only one more camera and the only way I can do that is if I purchase this package. I already have the router and everything I need to connect one more but I simply can't purchase one. Overall it is still worth it and I would recommend these to anyone looking for something affordable and worth every cent.

Okay so, I’m a woman who lives alone and works second shift, so most of the day, I’m away at work. I’ve been contemplating purchasing outdoor cameras for extra security whenever I’m home or away. I finally made moves when I saw someone park their car and walk up to my house as I was pulling into my neighborhood. To Amazon I came to find this wonderfully affordable little kit. Delivery was prompt and setup was super easy. The kit comes with everything you need, however, the Ethernet cable that connects to your router is maybe a 2-footer, but that can easily be replaced if a longer one is needed. I made it work. Contents in the kit are listed in the instruction manual, as well as step by step instructions that were pretty straightforward and easy to follow. The App is easy to navigate, and uses Bluetooth from the box to connect cameras. It instructs you to scan a QR code to pair cameras but I didn’t have to do that because they automatically popped up in my devices. You just tap what pops up and it will automatically connect. ***THERE IS A SUBSCRIPTION*** BUUUT it allows you the option to go without. I chose the $15 monthly subscription because security is upgraded and it gives you a month of free service starting out. Mounting was a breeze. I used a fine tipped marker to mark through the holes on the mounting base, drilled, and installed within minutes! I only installed one camera on my front porch for now, because it was dark out but I plan on installing the other camera during the day tomorrow. After allowing one of my cameras to charge, I placed it on the mount and set it to AWAKE. After doing so, the app immediately took me through setup on the camera to test the area I chose to mount, to assure that it was within a good range for capturing footage. I’m actually glad my chosen location was approved because I’d already drilled holes in my house. 🙃 The quality is amazing and I absolutely love the features offered through the app. I also love that you can talk to people from the camera, trip an alarm, and it even has a light. I use my porch light to preserve my battery for the important stuff. Also, the mount looked stiff and I was afraid that it wouldn’t be adjustable… IT IS! You can position your camera to face wherever you need it to. The app will notify you if a person is detected. You have to manually set it to detect people or it will notify you every single time something moves. There’s a lot of stray cats in my neighborhood so I changed it. It is extremely responsive but only if your WiFi connection is strong. Mounting these close by the box was recommended but they do have an option for areas where the signal isn’t the strongest. Even in “smooth” mode, the video is very clear. So far, this is my first night and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. I will update any differences observed as time progresses, but for now, I highly recommend this set.

I did lots of research to get the perfect camera. I also read all the reviews. I am very picky what I get. I have 17 Toucan Cameras. Got 4 For my friend's house also. The price is very high unfortunately. So I Decided to look for something else. That is close to it. I came across with this camera. I told myself, I'll buy four, give it a try. Everyone said it's easy to hook up at first. I had a hard time because I bought four. I Keep putting the other two, so it wasn't working😁 Till I figured everything out, it was easy yes. Then I play with all the buttons. Try to get used to it. Then I said to myself, Let me try the battery, see how long it will last. Sure enough it lasts a long time. They are much bigger and Heavier. The flash does go on if it's dark.If it bothers you, No need to worry you can mute it. My Friend said, I don't like it when the flash goes on. Told her too bad get used to it Hee Hee, It doesn't bother me at all. Like I said you can mute it. It has alarmed, yes, and it's loud, I love it. You can also control the alarm, but if I were you, I would not lower it the louder, the better. Toucan Alarm is not that loud. So far, I am very satisfied with this camera. I shall order four more from my friend's house. Cause she is super busy lady. Working a lot in the hospital and has a German Shepherd, Beijing puppy, it's perfect for her house. The motion goes off constantly with the puppy. He's a handsome adorable obedient puppy. Overall, it is a good product. I have had them for some time. They are clear for my home needs. They do need to be charged about every three months, but a battery symbols is clear in letting you know. The only thing is is the movement is not picked up and recorded immediately, and fast moving items sometimes are not seen. But, I wasn't looking for a high end system to do this. I did not know the fox family was around my garden every night. Now I do. Keeps away unwanted guests.... I would highly recommend these for those looking for home use.

I've had this system about a month and I'm not disappointed. Reasonably priced, no subscription. Setup was easy even for an old man. Battery life has not been a problem, my busiest camera gets 10-15 hits a day and is still has half battery life after a month. Picture is clear an sensitivity is good. I would recommend this system for entry level security. Also purchased a aosu doorbell camera but it just takes snapshots without a subscription, which is about 40 dollars a year, haven't got it yet but probably will. All together it was around 300.00 which i think is reasonable.

EXCELLENT product and service! Reason; I'm an older person who purchased this product after reviewing several other similar products. Reviews were that this was the best security camera in its class and the easiest to setup! They were not lying! I setup the system myself by following the directions step by step, easy peasy! Black Friday I ordered another camera to make it a 3 camera set. Right out of the box I had issues, I called the help line and spoke to a "Josh". Very helpful but we could not connect to base, it quit pairing at 98%. He walked me through it at least 3 times, than said he'd put in a ticket for the camera. That's when Cora contacted me (AOSU Support Team member). PROFESSIONALISM all the way. Could not do enough to correct the situation, immediately replaced the unit (actually arrived today Dec. 28. Waiting for unit to warm up before attempting to connect to base). If you want the best security system at a reasonable price, please buy this unit...you will not be disappointed! Picture quality, including night vision is excellent. You can adjust the cameras perimeter yourself. Microphone is loud and clear for answering door without having to actually go and answer it. Setup is one of the easiest there is and if you run into trouble, you can always get immediate support. ALARM is loud enough to scare and porch pirates or unwanted intruders away (though you might tick off some of your neighbours!). A couple of my friends have already purchased this unit on the fact of quality, pricing and the quick response of Support Team members (an actual human!) who really do care about their product and customer satisfaction! You truly won't be sorry!

Item was as advertised. Great value for the money and complimented and integrated with my AOSU doorbell cam nicely and seamlessly. Had a Blink camera previously, the video on the AOSU cameras was way better. Color night vision and cross-camera tracking are a big plus. The 32Gb internal storage is handy, so you have a choice between local storage or cloud storage subscription. Would be nice to have a microSD slot for expansion. Overall very happy with the product.

I’ve been using the Aosu Wireless Cameras for a while now and overall I really like them. The setup was straightforward, the video quality is solid, and the battery life has been great for a fully wireless system. What was most impressive for us was the quality of AOSU customer service. One of the two cameras we installed was losing signal. It didn't matter where we tried it, even right next to the other one that had great signal reception. We sent an email to customer support on the afternoon of November 13th. We received a reply in the morning of November 14th that they would send a replacement within 5 days and were extending our warranty for the inconvenience. We received the replacement late afternoon the next day. We charged it up overnight and installed it this morning (the 16th). It works fine and has even detected a little fox walking by in our yard this afternoon. Wow! This is the best customer service we've ever had for devices ever. Really, really impressive! Those are very decent security cameras. There's no need to pay a monthly fee for monitoring or storing videos. There's the option to subscribe to their secured cloud storage of videos, for a fee, but it's not really needed for most residential use. The homebase has plenty of room for residential needs. So there's the initial cost of the cameras and homebase, which is relatively high, but then that's it. Installation was relatively easy. Since there's no wiring involved, there's no need to hire an electrician or installer. A source of irritation are the setting instructions, or lack thereof. Adjusting the parameters requires a bit of fiddling to customize it to your needs. An easily accessible, detailed, online instruction manual with examples would be very useful. If such a manual exists on their site, we have not found it. You have to hunt around for YouTube videos and they are not always what you're looking for. The infrared light for night vision is very useful but just know that if there's a street light in the picture, you'll need the "white-light-aided" illumination turned on in the parameters. Otherwise, the street light across the street will take up a lot of the picture.
