Good aio
Shipping was fast. I really like the package presentation. The screen is super cool and it does a good job keeping my rig cool. The price may be a tad high for some buyers but I feel my purchase was worth it. Overall I’m pretty impressed!

My new favorite part of my computer build. This thing looks amazing and keeps my 9800x3d Frosty. The build quality is next level and get this The software is actually good and works as intended. Heck it even looks good!

One of a kind screen
Only reason it’s not getting 5 stars is it’s a bit over priced and the screen is only 2k. However compared to other aio screens looks great in a build. Haven’t had any problems with functionality however the fans that come with it aren’t the best I opted to use different ones but that was the plan to begin with. The software Kanali could be little bit better.

MUST HAVE, for aesthetic builds.
When I saw this at the Anime expo for the first time, I had to have it. Fantastic crystal clear fluid display. Keeps my 14900K temps cool, software updates are getting better. Been building PCs for over two decades and it’s rare to see innovation that blends form and function perfectly. I’m glad this came out before the SE 360 (their other AIO), because I would’ve of bought both!

Good, but TRYX has some work to do
Note: I am more optimistic of TRYX’s future and their support and communication was great (See update at the bottom for details)This is not hate, but this product has things that need to be fixed. They say to vote with your wallet and as I see potential, I did. But TRYX has some work to do before they can become a real competitor in this field. Hopefully, this review will be listened to or get to the higher-ups because it's important that these things are fixed.Shipping issuesWhen I first ordered the product, I received the wrong AIO to start out with, I ordered the 360 WH and got the 240 ARGB. The product barcode sticker was placed on the wrong box and I believe that it's a TRYX issue and not Amazon, though I could be wrong.Unboxing ExperienceOnce I finally received the right AIO, the inside of the box was not as clean as I would expect from a premium AIO. There were bits of black dust on the tubes and screen, though luckily it was easy to clean off but not something I should be seeing at this price tier. The Pump/screen was also not in the right place and likely came unsecured during shipping, and I think that it should be secured a little bit better, though I don't believe under normal shipping conditions it will harm the product.Installation (Not even a critique, just think it would be nice)Good job on the manual, it was well done. The installation itself was good, though for the Intel/AMD mounting brackets, having the name of the company/socket on the corresponding mounts would help in the event someone doesn't have the manual handy in the future and to quickly discern between the two. (I do appreciate the arrows for the direction the mounts are supposed to go relative to the CPU)After Installation experienceThe VRM fan was quite loud on first boot and your FAQ page lists multiple things regarding this issue. I couldn't get the fan to connect to the software until after I had wiggled the screen around after it magnetically attached. That issue should be addressed somehow and the VRM fan should default to a low speed, not full speed in the event that it is not detected.Issues with the background optionsThe screen is great but held back by the software options. There are a few default options for the screen, but most have the TRYX logo very prominent in them and I get it for trade shows but when you've already bought the product, it feels weird for the screen to feel like an advertisement. I'd really like to see other options for this that don't include the product logo, or even just a way to get community wallpapers for the screen as It feels a little lackluster after the initial wow factor runs out. The thing is though, the default wallpapers don't even loop. They either cut abruptly back to the start or cut to black for a moment, It even happens for the smoke and rain effects that you can put on top. This is not conducive to a company that will do well. This is a luxury product and should have a luxury experience, the software is there, and the technology is there. People make looping videos for just likes on Instagram and you have a monetary incentive to do so, maybe even hire some freelancers to do it, it doesn't even have to be a '3D' video, Just SOMETHING else to put there other than what feels like an AD.People buy the product based on marketing and community sentiment, Customers come back based on the quality of their previous experience. If I don't see anything that looks like this company cares for the details I laid out, I won't see this company in 5 years. Luxury price should come with luxury quality and I feel like I overpaid.TLDR; The potential is there for this product and company to become a major player in the PC scene but there are little snag points everywhere that add up together to make me think that 1. Nobody outside of the company beta tested this, at least with genuine feedback, and 2. They won't make it if they don't fix their oversights. The Major things that SHOULD be fixed; Send the right product the first time, Fix your packaging so people have a better unboxing experience and the product doesn't come loose during shipping, Figure out the issue with the VRM fan, and get support for more first-party and/or community backgrounds to be put on the screen. Also, get people to try the product before you release it and listen to their feedback. I'd even be willing to beta test if you'll take me seriously. Again, I didn't write this out of hate, this is a company that especially in this early stage has a high potential of failure and I want to help if I can.Update; TRYX has been in contact with me and has listened to my feedback and seems determined to improve in all aspects. Their communication was clear and open and I can comfortably say that if you have any issues with the product that they will help you in any way that they can. If they continue on this path, they could be a strong competitor in this space. They mentioned intended fixes for the current product such as more secure packaging and plans to fix the issue with the screen not connecting properly. Like with any product, buy with what’s guaranteed not promised but I don’t regret my purchase, once it’s working, it’s great
