This is a great accessory if you have a Tacoma without any of the bells and whistles. It's great not having to hold the hood up while I fiddle for the support rod. Extremely easy to install. Definitely worth a 5 star rating for me.

I was not sure about this hood lift upgrade. It took about 20 minutes to install and they do a great job of keeping me from having to use the little metal bar to keep my hood up.}

Excellent fit for my 2025 Tacoma. Makes opening hood extremely easy. Still think something like this should have come standard with the truck. Simple installation with very clear instructions, took about 15 minutes. Hardware looks to be good quality that should last.

Installing these Redline hood lifts was one of the fastest mods. It took no more than 10 minutes and are very functional. I am very impressed with this purchase. Opening and closing the hood is so easy. No more reaching for holder, and trying to fit it into slot while holding up the hood. It lifts on its own.
