Factory defect from new
This is a very poor quality phone and best avoided, the factory has fitted the thermal image camera upside down and it is impossible to use. Customer service is NONE existent and amazon don't care about it either. This phone is massive and heavy with lots of promise but a huge let down in daily use. I bought it for the thermal camera and it is useless for this. In short AVOID AVOID AVOID unless you want a dumb door stop

Gimmicky but poor in most ways. Freezing up ! Not as good as my 2 year old doogee !
First impressions are not brilliant I am afraid I previously had doogee rugged phones but these seem to have disappeared on Amazon. My doogee 200s died on me after 18 Months and was no longer available for a replacement so I picked this one instead. It's not very fast in comparison to the doogee and freezes up I was watching a YouTube short video about a repair on something and it got stuck in a loop then froze and the screen went bright orange and bleeped really fast then went blank and shut down. A lot of apps I had before are no longer on the screen whole groups have vanished . If I go to the play store I can open them from there but not from the phone it's quite annoying. Camera is not that brilliant it's gimmicks are good but photo quality is poor . It's big and heavy that's what I am used to the battery life is not that good either it needs charging every day sometimes twice. . As for value for money , no it's not in my opinion worth it I have only been using it for a few days but if I can't get my apps back and it keeps freezing like it does I have sent it back for a refund but not had my money yet they received the package. Now it says return started

FLIR built-in "WOW!"
Purchased on launch day directly from manufacturer. So, having had this as my daily phone since launch I can offer my opinion that it is an impressive bit of kit. Exceptionally fast when installing apps from Google-playstore. Night vision is amazing. FLIR is like having superpowers. Yes it essentially has a ruggedised mil-spec case permanently fitted, so it is larger and somewhat heavy compared to other flagship phones. Feels like you could use it to hammer random nails into things. Having not tested that or the 2 meter drop survivability (because I'm an adult) can only say that it's nice to believe in a pinch that it'll save its life. Screen seems durable and has not been scratched by keys in pocket or being placed face down occasionally. Battery lasts ages between charges, though I worry the rubber port (flick out) cover may become detached if used constantly so I use wireless charging which it can cope with up to 30w wirelessly thus leaving the port dust cap inplace. Overall I'm very happy with my Ulefone 27T Pro and delighted with those little extras like night vision and thermal vision. It's chunky but comes with those superpower visual tools that'll bring a few "WOW!" sounds to your friends when they notice the general bulkyness. That bulkyness fits nicely in my adult hands and lifestyle btw so I'm not knocking the phone for its chubby nature. Coming from a Samsung Note10+ which lived in an Otterbox for years to the 27T the dimensions are similar, weight is heavier, battery life is much better, thermal and night visions are astounding. Feels like an upgrade above the functionality of anything competitors are currently offering.

Non-standard USB-C design flaw.
The whole point of the standardisation on USB C as a charging port for phones was so you could use the charging cable from any phone to charge any other phone. You still get companies insisting that you only use the cable that comes with the phone, a cable that you may lose very quickly, rendering your phone useless if you cannot source another cable. Some manufacturers go one step further. They make the USB C a non-standard size, so normal usb c cables don't fit. Worse, because of the bad fit, they can break the charging port on your phone. I bought the Ulephone because this had happened on two Doogee phones, one after 11 months, the other after only six months. The irony is that these are rugged phones, supposed to survive mistreatment. Low and behold the Ulephone has the same design flaw, and yes I consider this a design flaw.

liquid trapped under the top layer of the screen? (isopropyl ? flux ? )
Please let me know if using an Armor 27T Pro phone with a screen defect involves liquid trapped under the top layer of the screen, probably in the form of isopropyl alcohol, a flux, or some other liquid (please check the attached video) is safe ?. I'm eagerly awaiting any response, as after reporting the problem to "Lee Fancy Merchant Ltd" on the chat, documented with photos and descriptions of the problem for many days, they have yielded no results.
