I’m no scientist or medical professional but research pointed out that this is often used to create energy and can be used for chronic fatigue syndrome. I’m not chronically fatigued as such but I work at least two red eye flights a week and they’re hard going. Sometimes I’ll work from a flight from the east coast to west coast which can be 6 hours 30 and turn right round again which is exhausting. Rather than taking daily I’ve been taking this just on the days when I have one of those flights and honestly the difference is remarkable. It’s not like slugging an energy drink or a ton of coffee it just gives you clean, even energy without any side effects at all. I’ve only taken one at a time and one has been been enough for me. I usually take it about an hour into the flight. It doesn’t keep me awake when I actually want to go to sleep, doesn’t make me jittery or moody. The best way I can describe it is it feels like I’ve had a good nights sleep and woken up feeling on an even keel. They are incredibly expensive if it’s something you’ll take daily but honestly compared to that awful feeling of trying to stay awake and feeling just awful it’s worth it to me

These are very easy to take, and, at least for me, they are super easy to swallow. I take them as directed, on an empty stomach, once in the morning. I have not experienced any negative side effects at all. I have read some of the benefits that revolve around NADH, and I am very hopeful. I must say that thus far, it has been 2 weeks, I have experienced my energy levels heightened. Generally, i feel great, and i would take anything that promises to keep me young and healthy. I’ve been taking forms of NAD and NMN for a couple of years or so and believe in it. It is said to help you down to the cellular level to repair the ends of our DNA to help life be better and I believe it’s helped me. This one is even different from others I’ve tried because, this says it’s NADH, instead of NAD or NMN. I won’t start to describe it because, they can definitely do better and it’s still new to me. My question is that I have looked up other NADH supplements and they seem to be of good quality but, they’re much less and I simply don’t know why. I fully understand that some things are going to cost more but, I can’t figure this one out. I do think it’s a great product and if I can figure out why the dramatic difference in cost, I’ll update.

I like this supplement but I am a little bit taken aback by the price. It arrived quickly and well packaged. It seems to be doing a fine job the tablets are small and very easy to swallow. There’s no discernible taste or odor. I haven’t noticed any negative side effects. But like I said, I don’t think I would order it again at the price of $230 I don’t think any supplement is really worth that much.
