Bought this for myself for Father's Day, so far so good, stays brite, light weight and handsome looking. Shortly after I sent the review, I noticed that the lobster clasp had lost some of the finish and was down to the bare metal, so sure hope that this does not continue. Decreasing my rating by two stars. Sorry!!!A year later tried to return it for a replacement, they quickly answered my inquiry and I downloaded the return form , filled it out sent it back to them with a Tracking # as requested by them and guess what, you guessed it not a word from them in over a Month. I sent them an e-mail again with the tracking number, not a word back from them, then sent another, still no mention of what they plan to do. Registering your Bracelet doesn't help if you have a problem they just ignore any replacement requests. I DID TAKE INTO CONSIDERATION THE PANDEMIC PROBLEM TOO, but I know they must still be working and shipping as I checked with USPS and they gave me the exact time and date that they received the bracelet back and that someone signed for it. Now I'm out the bracelet, plus the shipping and my time to get an answer from them. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Extemely Poor, faded completed after approx 30 days of wear.Requesting FULL refund or exchange for better quality item.I have had better results from Lifetime Jewelry which is why I am a repeat customer. This item was a very poor choice or poor quality production.I expect full honor of their Lifetime commitment

Wow! What a beautiful bracelet! I have 18k bracelets like this but this one blows the rest out of the water! Its absolutely gorgeous, sparkles better then the real gold ones and fits superbly. My rating is a rare 5 out of 5 stars. Excellent bracelet with no criticisms at all. You will love this one!

Didn’t change it

I am very pleased with the quality of my bracelet. It had an issue with the clasp, so I contacted the company. I received a personal reply and a replacement. No problems and no hassles. This is a family run company offering service that often get overlooked by the big corporations. Very pleased with both the company and their bracelet.

It fits perfectly and looks great. It replaced an almost identical bracelet that was more than twice the price and it’s frankly just as good.

I bought this on February for valentine's day for my husband, but after a week of been using this, it lost all the shinny gold color, so sorry I will not buy this anymore, really bad quality. I will not give any star. but they ask to put a rating, so I will give only 1 star.
