I have gone through two jars of this sea moss gel and half way through a bottle of the sea moss gummies (which are the perfect option for travel). I really can't say enough good things about this product. I can definitely feel a difference on the days I forget to take it. I have more energy in the mornings after taking this, more so than what coffee ever gave me. I tend to battle a lot of inflammation in the body and to my surprise, the sea moss gel has really helped with that. Also, thanks to the Ashwagandha variety of this product, I am much better able to handle stress. In regards to taste, if you are worried about that, I personally have no issues with the flavor, the gel is only ever so faintly "sea" like. But they have done a wonderful job with the flavor profiles to where you can hardly taste the sea at all. However, if you are truly concerned about it, the sea moss gummies have literally no sea flavor at all. They legit just taste like delicious gummy bears.

Excited to see the health journey this takes me on. I purchased a different flavor about 2 months ago (Soursop) and I wanted to give this one a try. It certainly has a peppery kick to it but not to overpowering.

The one I purchased tastes absolutely horrendous. I tried holding my nose and swallowing, I tried taking it with water, I tried taking it with a smoothie but nothing makes it taste better. I got the 5- in 1 so it didn’t have a special fruit taste added. Won’t get that again.

Not my first jar of seamoss but my fist time trying ashwagandha. Positive change to cortisol levels which significantly helped with sleep. Overall mood improved and they say it’s good for testosterone which also helps with mood. Try for yourself after you do some research on what the long term effects of taking ashwagandha are.

I’ve been using the True Sea Moss 5-in-1, and I’m honestly impressed by how noticeable the benefits have been for me. First, my acne, which normally flares up badly, has completely calmed down.
