Good tester for a reasonable price
Works well, cable length measurement is off, but tracer, PoE, port flash and continuity work well.

Works great. The digital and analog wire detection is a bit to sensitive. If you have a bundle of wires they all will seem to signal.

Performs the most common tests, and locates both ethernet and power cabling
The unit is compact, simple and can be used to ensure you're terminating your cables correctly, look for issues within the cable, determine the length of the cable, figure out which port on the switch a cable is connected to etc. It's easy enough to use, though you have to make sure you have the cable plugged into the correct port to perform your tests. It's a compact, rechargable unit, with a transmitter/tester and receiver/locator unit to help you figure out which cable is which. I really like it for it's ease of use, and basic functionality. The tests are basic, and hit most of the marks in testing equipment. The feedback on the tests is mostly of the go/no-go variety, so there's no nuance if you're trying to determine more subtle flaws and it cannot detect signal quality or loss, so you could have a correctly terminated and crimped cable that passes tests, but there's still signal loss that affects your connectivity. All in all, not bad for the price, and has all the basic functions you really need.

Unreliable product and seller don't waste your time
Network Cable Tester Ordered on November 5, 2025. Continuity test now detects shorts and crossed wires on known good cables. Seller Autorepair. did not answer inquiry about warranty. So "AUTOREPAIR. is committed to providing each customer with the highest standard of customer service is an empty promise."

Seems to work properly but ink labeling of ports is already wearing off.
Functions well but ink labeling already wearing off on QC port and others…can’t give higher review with this issue…
