Lots of other reviews comment on size and this was a concern but thought I’d give it a go - the size is fine, fits a king size sheet perfectly so not sure where the negative comments on size are from. Nice and soft with a decent thickness, it is quite a warm duvet - 10.5 tog to replace my last 10.5 tog and this one does feel a lot warmer - maybe just because it is new? I will say I had a great sleep under it and it’s very comfortable. Value for money is great - very reasonable price for this product.

I technically haven't used the super king size i bought from amazon but do have an identical king size. I'm happy with it so far but may live to regret buying two. I've attached a label photo showing the care instructions, size, composition etc. It feels quite puffy to begin with, i haven't used it long, 10.5 tog but thicker feeling than equal previous duvets yet lighter. I can't explain it exactly but it has an artificial almost airy/insubstantial marshmallow like feeling, you can fold it but it feels like it doesn't really want to be folded. It doesn't quite drape the same as other duvets. This isn't really a good or a bad thing but just an observation, it does feel different to previous duvets I've had though it might actually be common and my other duvets were strange. Since it's called hotel collection i think it does remind me of a Premier inn type duvet though i might not have made the connection otherwise. It's stitched in lengthwise rows not boxed so only time will tell whether it goes flat and misshapen. It's not crinkly though with a soft cover texture, 100% polyester microfibre and hollowfibre. I feel quite hot under it in winter, not excessively but may be a problem in summer. Unsure if this means it's a good product or just polyester trapping heat. Overall it does feel good and I'll likely update my review if it deteriorates quickly or is boiling in summer

Really happy with this Silentnight Duvet! It’s incredibly light and cosy, and the price was excellent. Definitely a great value purchase.

soft comforable duvet

I've been using a Simba Microfibre Duvet (10.5 tog) for around six years and the filling was very uneven in it, so decided to replace. I have to say that this duvet actually feels better, which is amazing when you consider the massive price difference. It's soft and cosy and definitely feels like a hotel duvet, as the winter period is setting in it already feeling like an improvement over the old Simba one. I think it will be too much for summer, but I usually just resort to a single sheet by then. Very good value and quality. UPDATE: Well into the winter period in Blighty and it's very cold outside. This has kept me very warm and again, superior that the old Simba duvet I was using for a fraction of the cost. I'd probably melt in a 13.5 tog! This 10.5 tog is very good.

premetto che sono una persona che non sopporta il caldo ma preferisce il freddo. 10 tog?? Non credo proprio... Al massimo 5, a dir tanto. Non tiene caldo come un 10 tog. 3 stelle
