Is this ofc (oxygen free copper) cable?

Free from Oxidation!means is Better than aluminum

The led doesn’t stay on is that a problem ? It reads when I first start the car but a minute later it shuts off, it is full I believe but no display

They usually do that every now and then but it’s actually working. As long as the display never completely shuts off it should be good to bump

If I have a Capacitor do I need a second battery

No, the capacitor is connected in parallel with the battery close to the amp. The kit has very good instructions, fairly easy installation. Hope this helps.
