Can you use this charger to safely charge a cr2032 rechargeable battery

Obviously not! That's a non rechargeable battery..... unless you want to make a portable bomb or something

Batteries with a CR prefix are generally not rechargeable. The charger is for LIR (Lithium-ion Rechargeable) batteries.

Can I use these batteries to replace a CR 2032 in a device?

I was a bit confused as well as they are name differently than the stantard cr2032. That being said, they appear to be the same size/voltage so I assume the different name is to reflect the fact that they are rechargeable. Not 100% on that but the point is they should work as replacement for that.

Can it charger thinner batteries eg 2016?

The charger did not seem to work very well at all. The batteries did not get back to their original strength. I would not recommend this.
