Good Battery, CHEAP CABLE CONNECTIONS renders the product useless!!!
Used for 7 hours with Resmed Air Mini and 50% left on battery. Power cable connection with Air Mini fits loose, so if the unit is slighty moved it will turn off. I have contacted Medistrom and waiting for an answer. There is no replacement cable at their website either and cannot buy cable anywhere as it is a proprietary cable. If cannot be used because of a cheap cable, the product is not worth the price. Will await response and see if review needs to be edited, for the time being, 1 star only.UpdateLess than 12 hrs after contacting Customer Support, they have agreed to replace the cable, changed to 5 stars. Great to buy from a company that stands by their products

Power on the go !!!!
Love this Battery bought for a CPAP Machine and a CPAP Mini works great will power the CPAP mini for 16 hrs while dry camping ... Fun Fact ensure you unplug the CPAP machine from batt when not using... it will save power. Make sure you get the USB and 12volt chargers takes awhile to charge batt but thats why you buy two battery... Fun fact you can take these.on the airplane with you no problems...

Expensive
Works great. Would've given 5 stars and even bought a second one but too expensive for what it is. Runs my cpap for 2 nights with a little power left.

Perfect for travel!
I just finished a 10 day trip to Italy and this performed like a champ with a Resmed Air Mini. Don't buy any extra cables, it comes with what you need for the Air Mini and the Air Sense 10. If you have an Air Sense 10, it includes a cable that allows faster charging using the Air Sense plug. Due to limited plugs in foreign hotels, I would charge it during the day (using a convertor) and use the battery at night. It's pricey, but I couldn't take any chances.

Didn't work when I needed it to.
I bought the Medistrom Pilot-24 Lite less than a year ago and finally had occasion last night to use it for my Resmed Airsense 10, having left my power cable at another location the night before. I made sure the Pilot-24 Lite was fully charged prior to sleeping, as well as disabling the temp and humidity control on my Airsense 10, to reduce the power draw. Three hours into sleep, I was jarred awake and realized my CPAP wasn't pumping air. The machine had no power and the Pilot-24 Lite was also dead. This morning, by plugging them into my Bluetti AC200Max, I verified that my Airsense 10 still functions, and that the Pilot-24 Lite still charges, but it apparently has no ability to power my Airsense 10 beyond three hours.I'm very disappointed and upset to have wasted well over $300 dollars on a product that not only doesn't live up to it's claim, but also risks my health and well-being.

Great for travel
I bought this primarily for travel with my CPAP. I sometimes go camping on a weekend where there is no power. I aggressively tested this at home before traveling. I consistently got 2 consecutive nights on a charge (total 14 hours, which is all I ever sleep). Seems to charge via AC wall power within 3 hours as promised. I'm allowed to take it on an airplane (I will be flying Jet Blue this spring) as carry-on in my CPAP case. It is very small, about the size of my ZTE BLADE cell phone. Can also be used as a UPS device for backup at home in case of power failure there. Very easy to use and comes with extra hookups for different devices.

Loose connections no more
Several reviewers stared they have had issues with the connections coming loose overnight. I believe this has been fixed as I've yet to have any issues with my resmed air mini.If taking on an airplane in your carry on, you'll get through TSA /security easier if it's stored in a Li-Ion charging bag. The watt hours are less than the max allowable, but having this unit in a bag will get you through security faster.
