I get so busy during the day that I tend to forget to eat lunch and if I do, it's usually an unhealthy snack. I bought these shakes to try because it seemed easy and I could get nutrients. I actually like the flavor, I wanted the chocolate but it was out of stock so I tried the Vanilla Chia. The vanilla Chia tastes great. I have a small blender and a plastic shaker and I could use both of them to mix up my shake. It's super easy to do and within minutes I have a healthy lunch or even snack. It's not too sweet but has a sweet enough taste to enjoy your shake without feeling like you are enjoying a chalk taste. It was filling and I was able to stay full for about 3-4 hours. It does make me thirst so I thought that was a plus because I get more water intake, which is healthy for me. The price is steep for a first try buy but I took the risk and glad I did. I wish they did have a smaller options for the people who want to try but don't want to pay the $70. It works great for what I need.

I ordered both the vanilla and chocolate. Normally I love chocolate but didn’t like lyfe fuel’s chocolate at all. The vanilla is far better and when I feel like chocolate, I simply add a teaspoon of unsweetened cocoa to the vanilla. I blend the shakes with a half of a banana, a scoop of collagen powder, ice and water. Sometimes I will add a teaspoon of almond butter, or spinach, or fruit to change up the flavor and nutritional content. It is a bit too sweet for my taste but I love the warm chai spices. I started off with lyfe fuel, replacing two meals a day with shakes and started loosing weight after the first week. I’m sure the half banana helped to keep me full but I had no cravings to eat or snack for at least 4 hrs before my next meal. My stomach never bothered me (no gas or issues) and over-all I felt great. While lyfe fuel is still my favorite, the price got to high to sustain my 2 a day regimen so I switched to Orgain Protein with superfoods for half the cost at Costco. If the price was comparable I would have stuck with lyfe fuel. Between the two (one month of lyfe fuel and one month of Orgain) I have lost 8lbs. While that might not seem like a lot to many, I was only 10lbs over to begin with and the closer you are to your ideal weight the harder it is to lose. Some may think switching two meals is too extreme but honestly I feel I am getting much more nutrients with the shakes than I typically eat. I am also more motivated to make my one “real” meal a healthy one. I am having blood work done at the end of the week. I know I feel a lot better but it will be interesting to get the blood results. I love lyfe fuel just wish it was more affordable. I highly recommend vanilla and adding your own flavors naturally.

I have been looking for a meal replacement to aid in better health and weight loss and this one was really impressive due to everything imaginable that is not only healthy but considered a superior food source and that, it is. I try to make my shakes look like the picture but haven’t succeeded yet but I’m very happy that I have finally found a positive way to improve my health without spending hundreds of dollars that may be in a pill or powder form. I’m being optimistic that this will help with an increase in energy, overall improvement in health and weight loss. I wish the servings was 30 days instead of 25 and a lower price too but it’s hard to put a price tag on your health. I feel good that I am getting all the vitamins and nutrients this package has to offer. I don’t believe we get close to what our bodies need consuming regular food. I am 54 years old and I’m starting to understand that as we age we need all of the vitamins and nutrients for our brain and body we can get. Brain fuel is the key to healthy living. What we put into our bodies will affect how we feel, think and age so why not make better choices and start making a difference by utilizing super foods to help live a healthier and happy life.

Wow. This stuff is really gross. I mean, like, epically disgusting. I am trying to think of anything I have ever drank or eaten that comes close to how intensely awful this stuff tastes, but I keep coming up short. Truthfully, maybe my opinion shouldn't be taken that seriously because I couldn't even get through the first two sips. I hate giving anything a 1 star review because I always feel like it had to have SOMETHING I liked about it to even order it in the first place. But if anything deserves to have 1 star given to it, it's this abomination of nutritional intake. And disclaimer: I am not a picky eater! I love food! The only things I prefer off my plate are fennel and star anise and pretty much anything licorice tasting... Why, do you ask, is it so bad? Where do I start.... It's super gritty. I mean, it was like I had grabbed a handful of beach sand and poured it into the drink. I thought at first this was because I had used a shaker with it, so I tried it in the blender. Nope. Still gritty sandy awfulness. And the taste? If I said this stuff tasted like cardboard, it would be insulting to cardboard. "Well that's an easy fix" you might say. I thought so, too. So I tried covering up the nasty taste with fruit, nut butter, almond milk, coffee concentrate.... but to no avail. Sadly, after several attempts at making this stuff palatable, I ended up throwing a nearly full bag in the trash. In short.... Don't waste your money on this God awful shake. It is absolutely horrible.

It tastes ok. It's also a little bit gritty. But you can taste the stevia. I looked hard trying to find an ingredient list but could not, until the item arrived. They say sweetened with coconut sugar in the marketing, but sure enough, stevia is also on the list. I dislike the taste of stevia. It's a real bummer to find it when I didn't expect to.

Absolutely love this vanilla chai shake!!! Very simple to prepare and it tastes AMAZING! I love that it’s non gmo, no soy, nothing artificial, no dairy & vegan! It’s a one stop shop for what ny body needs daily! Great quality for the taste!

The taste is the problem. Obviously, when I purchased the item, I was aware it was "Vanilla Chai" flavored. I was hoping it would be more Vanilla, less Chai. It wasn't. Perhaps it's a matter of my tastes. Maybe there are some out there that love the flavor, but what I have drank of this, I've had to choke down. The color is a green-grey. I mean, there's no helping that, but it makes it a tough sell. The vanilla flavor itself was fine, and if it were solely vanilla this would be great. The texture's ok. Anyway, I bought this liking the fact that it was lower in sodium than other products such as Huel or Ka'chava. The cost falls in between both of these, and it still is a bit pricey. Especially given the taste.
