This helps me in so many ways! I’m 45, perimenopause stage. This keeps me regular, curves my cravings, and all around I feel better! Less bloating. I tried gl-me and it did nothing! There’s no awful taste to the pills. I take two in the morning after I eat breakfast. No bad scents to them. I’d highly recommend trying them.

The Berberine has been a game changer. In the first week I started taking it, I found the food noise had quieted down and I wasn't always waiting for my next meal. I also saw weight loss of just over a pound week. It's very easy to use: one pill in the morning, one at lunch or dinner. Don' let it sit on your tongue because the taste isn't the best. So far I've had no side effects. I'm going to keep trying it until the bottle is gone and come back to report more.

Horrible taste. Don’t see a difference in taking these. I feel like I wasted my money

The first 2 days I felt dizzy and nauseous, then by the 3rd day my menstrual cycle started 2 weeks early.. day 4 sharp stomach cramp and constipated. I kept telling myself I was going to stop but gave it one more day... this isn't for me. It also makes urine bright yellow. I only tried this for weight loss... it started to scare me with all these symptoms I was having... especially when it made my menstrual cycle start way early... I'm very regular with it. Makes me sick I paid $50 for this!

I’ve been taking these a 2 1/2 months. I personally haven’t lost any weight or went down in size and I’ve been eating cleaner and all the things, but they do help with my sweet food cravings.

I gave these a try and I am actually sticking with them. I have used three months now and I like them. I feel that they help control my appetite and balance my body. I take the Berberine with the JSHealth Metabolism. Not only do I feel better during the day and balanced, I believe I am sleeping better at night. There is no harsh smell or taste.

Easy to take, for me there is no side effects! The pills are not huge and easy to swollow, they’re in a capsule so they don’t have a horrible taste. I haven’t taken these supplements long enough to notice difference but the quality seems there by this brand! An influencer recommended this for weight loss and of course I don’t blindly follow but after doing some research I felt these would be a good fit for me. The price is a little steep, but I’m going to give them a shot and see! I’ll update this review with results
