P•TAL 3.2 Qt Pure Brass Stock Pot with Brass Lid, Naturally Non-Stick Tin-Lined Interior, PTFE & PFOA Free, Handcrafted Hammered Cookware for Soup, Curry & Everyday Cooking

This brass stock pot is stunning – I used it for the first time today to make a soup. I was cautious to keep it on a medium to low heat to avoid burning it. I purchased this use, and I noticed that the previous user scorched it on the side, so I'm gonna have to figure out how to remove that black mark. The lid does get overheated during cooking and you have to make sure that you're using oven mitts or a towel to protect your fingers. For the price that I was able to buy this for and the fact that it is nonstick – I highly recommend this pot. It's obvious that the pot is aesthetically, beautiful, but the main reason that I bought it was because of the nonstick interior. 2 tablespoons of oil was enough for my specific dish and nothing stuck to it. I do have to make a couple more dishes in this pot, particularly Indian ones because that's really going to demonstrate how this pot holds up.

Took a bit to use this product before I wrote the review. I am very pleased with this beautiful patili. Have made all sorts for curries and rice recipes and it has proved to be a great addition to my kitchen. It is absolutely stunning as well, I get asked about it at dinner parties.

Just Wow!

Very elegant.

I bought this with such high hopes. But it came badly packaged. I know I bought it as used, but the description said- acceptable. The pot has some dings and the lid doesn't have proper lid holder. I love the shape and feel of it. I am returning it to buy the new one in hope that they will come to me in decent packaging. I paid a lot even for the used ones and I expect better packaging I am buying them for purely nostalgia

Tons of money and pot has a joint

I was looking for a cooking pot that could help me cook a variety of dishes and I stumbled upon this Patili. The design and look immediately hooked me to the product and I love the entire experience of cooking in this, it cooks evenly, adds flavour to my food and is very strong and of heavy quality.
