Last year I purchased a Snailax Shiatsu Back Massager from Amazon and I must say it has worked wonders on my ailing back. It was a good investment; kneading action, heat and vibration mode. Just recently the kneading action stopped working. I got my paperwork out, along with proof of my warranty, contacted Snailax support team and after they had gathered a little information, well, I’ve got a new massager on the way. The support team at Snailax were very friendly, very professional and they went above and beyond to address the issue. Couldn’t have asked for better support. Outstanding and I give Snailax a FIVE star rating.

Nice massager that can sit in your work chair, recliner or on the sofa. I do think the headrest is a little low on the back but it is removable and I just take it off. This is great for a work chair or just to use to relax in the evening. It offers heat, massage and vibration. My husband and son like to use it in the recliner after the gym. I will use it in my work chair.

I previously gave a rating of 1 star because of the chair being defective and poor correspondence from company. Since then they have responded to me and are going to correct the problem.

This is the second one I have purchased in the last 5 years. I never had a problem with the first one, it got lost in moving. Purchased this one and love it. 3 months I had an issue with it and Amazon was past the time to return. Contacted the manufacture and I sent that one back faster than I thought. I received a replacement. Great customer serve, better than who I purchased through. Next time I will by the next level up directly from their website. Worth every penny. 5 stars from Snailax customer support. M Pendleton Update: Received my replacement in unbelievable time just before Fathers day. I love this thing and prevents me going crazy with stress. I can't say enough about the the customer service. They are great and honor the warranty above an beyond. I may buy a second one here soon that covers more of my back and adjusts. If you are thinking of buying a back message don't look at Homedics they cost more that they are worth. I have had one and it did not last long and their customer service was not at the level as Snailax. If i could, I would give the 10 stars. If you ever have a problem just contact Joseph in customer service at Snailax and he will help you.

Really disappointed after reading the other reviews I had high hopes for this product. The massage stops right before your neck/top of the shoulders where it is really needed. You have to lean back to get a good "deep" tissue affect. There is no adjustment to the intensity and no vibration in the back just the bottom of the seat. For the money it should have had these adjustments.

This is a great seat massager. It’s easy to use on a couch, arm chair or my office chair. Lots of settings to customize your use. Very pleased with this and would recommend it to anyone.

It has multiple massage modes with the ability to massage your upper, lower and/or full back. The deep kneading massage with soothing heat melts away back tension fast; and, the vibration settings are relaxing. Super easy to use and fits perfectly on my Recliner. The setup was super simple and it will fit perfectly on any chair and sofa. The kneading and rolling are magical especially when spot kneading on my lower back. The heat is a great plus! Treat yourself to this mini Home Spa. You won't be disappointed.
