OH so good!
My order came exactly on the ETA given when I ordered. It was still cold. The box went straight to the freezer. I plan on ordering again right after I have my last filet. So good. I have already told friends about from SeaBear Co. Because of they way it has to be packaged for shipping I understand the price. Totally worth it though.

Unsure...
Not so sure this is actually Coho salmon. Tastes more like sockeye. The skin is a lot smaller than the piece of fish. Which i find strange.

Not what the picture looks like
Order arrived today and disappointed. Expecting nice thick "restaurant quality " filets but got small thin non uniform filets that must of came of undersized fish. I've caught silver (coho) salmon in Alaska and would of thrown back these small fish. One filet was the end of the tail so I can really tell it was a small fish. These were not the pretty center cut filets like in their picture. Maybe a half inch thick and I doubt they are 6 oz. glad I only ordered 6 and I won't be back. I'll buy from the fish market where I can see what I'm getting.
