I own two of the 31 gallon, one of the 60 gallon, and my newest one is the 100 gallon. These have exceeded all expectations at a low price for such high-quality. The two 31 gallons have lasted just under two years, and still show no signs of wear and tear. The smaller ones and the 60 gallon i recently bought are used for my outside feral cat colony for storage of food and supplies. They keep bugs and raccoons out, and are waterproof. I love the slide lock that comes on them, and you can add your own lock if you want. These are very easy to use even for people with hand problems like arthritis. The 100 gallon comes with springs on the inside that maintain the lid to stay open at different heights and do not cause an issue as long as you don’t push down on the sides to close it, push down on the middle and everything will evenly go down when closing. These storage bins are very lightweight, but hold a ton of weight, and can be put together within 20 minutes. They are very versatile in what can be stored in them. My hundred gallon one is for personal use and I’m able to store items in there that I can’t store inside my small apartment due to size. Would 1000% recommend over other brands. I tried a storage bench from another seller prior to buying 100 gallon from East Oak, and was highly disappointed with what i received. One of the best things I like about the East Oak storage bins is the slide lock, and the structured bottom part that holds all the weight of everything inside. The one I received from the other seller was labeled as an outside bin, and had a cardboard bottom which concerned me. Making that poor decision, just delayed me getting the right bin.

Organize your space in the home or patio. This storage box is very easy to assemble sturdy and well-made and has a lock option if needed. The size is convent for a small space and can be used as a seating area. I use this box to store patio covers and small pillows. The box when closed tightly, can protect you items from the weather.

I just received the 31 gallon deckbox in brown (more of a nice taupe color). It went together easily in about 5 minutes. I found the snap-in connections to be perfectly engineered.I'm using this in a custom built campervan to hold extra canned goods, rice and other dry food. Filled to 3/4 capacity, I easily slid it around on the floor. I was pleasantly surprised at how sturdy it is. Since I just received it and it's not outside, I can't speak to longevity or how it performs in harsh weather.I have two other 40 gallon deck boxes from other manufacturers. They work well in terms of quality and weatherproof performance. However, comparatively speaking, I think this 31 gallon box is a better value for its excellent quality, ease of assembly and esthetics. It's just a resin box but, to me, it's darn nice looking.😊 I highly recommend it.

So far, so good! I put this together by myself in about 10 minutes with no tools. The parts snapped together easily using a little bodyweight. It holds quite a bit (I'm storing garden tools and supplies) and looks great on my balcony.

I am so pleased with this deck box! It was an amazing price during Prime sales, so I thought I would give it a try. I’m so glad I did. It was easy to put together. It absolutely works as advertised and is waterproof. We have had many storms and heavy rain since I purchased it, and the inside has not gotten wet at all. The sliding lock works fantastic, or you can add another small padlock if you would like. It is durable and I expect it to last a long time. I would highly recommend it to everyone!

Needed an outdoor storage box for gardening supplies and this does thr job. Well packed, easy to put together, sturdy (metal reinforcing rod across the top), moderately attractive, lightweight and easy for me to move. It gets a lot of rain runoff from the roof but stayed dry inside. Happy with my purchase.

OK, so here's the Deal - after a long 6-Day Research Study online for Large Volume (200 Gallons or more) Deck Boxes - (I always try to Check Personal Reviews before purchasing anything of Meaningful Value for the Best Price/Cost; Value for the Money spent; Quality; Size; Strength/Sturdiness; Ease and Integrity of Assembly; Looks; Warranty/Life Expectancy of Product; Worthiness of what it's used for; etc..) I looked for anything in the Range of 165 Gallons to 300 Gallons, as I'm not using this Box for Pillows/Cushions, but for my Chainsaws/Accessories/Tools/Oils/Rags; and anything else that I can fit into the box Realistically. I had purchased 2 (Two) Deck Boxes previously (165 Gallon) several months ago that I used for Firewood, and I Love them - but they aren't available right now. After my lengthy search (which drove my wife nuts), I finally Chose this East Oak 230 Gallon Beauty of a Deck Box! It came in 2 Days (was supposed to be Next Day) in a Nice New Undamaged and Pretty Box! Everything in the box was Intact with Good Readable Directions and each Part Marked and Easy to Assemble! My wife and I put the Box together in just over a half hour, making Sure we did everything Right - however, it can be done easily by one (1) person in an hour pretty easily! This Box is EPIC! Strong and Sturdy Structurally and Everything Fit Like a Glove! Well Reinforced All-Around, and the Lid Lifts and Closes Smoothly! Very Good/Strong Handles on the sides. And - this Box holds All my Chainsaws and Accessories and Tools Plus Much More! I'm not sending any Pictures or Video - Just Trust me on This! I might Over-Think it sometimes, but I want the Best value for my money!

Love this storage box -- I ordered it to tidy up our deck and store my outdoor gear, and stuff we only use occasionally but don't want to bother keeping all the way down in our storage area. I really like the grey colour and the way the lid opens slowly so it does not pinch my hands. This box feels way more solid and stays dryer inside than the wood bins I've used in the past.Pros:- The plastic material looks good, and is easy to handle with no sharp edges.- It is strong enough for a person to sit on it like a bench.- You can add a lock to keep your items safe when you are away, although we won't need that.- It took less than half an hour to put the whole thing together, and that was me going slowly to make sure I wasn't snapping it together the wrong way.- The instructions were super clear; easily the best I've used. They were big and clear for my old eyes to read, and the parts were clearly labeled. They were simple: only one type of screw, so you didn't have to compare lengths.- The pneumatic arms work really well to help you open and close the lid.- There's tons of space inside.Cons:- If you leave it empty, it could blow around a bit on your deck in a strong wind, but you're not going to leave it empty, because it's awesome and you got it so you could put stuff in it.I think this deck box is an awesome choice for anyone who wants to keep their deck neat and clean, and doesn't want to waste money on a storage solution that won't last. Muy buena calidad y muy rápida para armar. Para sujetarla sin perforar no he encontrado un pegamento adecuado para cemento y plástico. El plástico de la caja es bastante resistente a la intemperie y el color esta muy bonito.
