Comfortable and great sound reproduction.
The picture of the earbuds on Amazon’s and Tozo’s website should be updated to give a more accurate depiction of the earbuds. The pictures on each of the sites give the outside of the buds a jeweled appearance rather that what is the actual appearance. I bought this headset with the intent of returning it if it looked too much like jewelry. The appearance of the actual buds is much better than what is portrayed in the pictures. I might have purchased the black ones if I knew it wasn’t going to look like jewelry. So, on to the review: The case feels sturdy because it has a slight weight to it. There is a magnet in the cover to prevent it from popping open when it’s bouncing around in a backpack. The 1” wide beveled edge in the front gives enough space to get both of your thumbs on it. So unless you have hands like Shaq, opening the case should be simple. The same is true for removing each bud from its cavity. You can return them to their cavity on the first try instead of fumbling multiple attempts to get them to properly align to the charging contacts. Immediately after contact is made, the case’s display gives you a percentage readout of how much charge remains with the case and a 4 bar display for each of the buds to indicate how much charge remains. After 6 seconds, the display turns off and the only way to see it again is to remove one of the buds. It would be nice to have the ability to use the touch sensor on the buds when they are docked to activate the case display temporarily. It would be even better to have the option to toggle the display on and off through the touch sensors on the buds when they are docked. The touch sensors are truly touch sensors, rather than large buttons that require you to press down on them until a physical click occurs. You only have to make contact with the sensor in order to issue your command. The buds come with 6 pairs of tips of different sizes to ensure you have a good fit for your ears. The buds can also be used as a single ear setup. Function cues are given in a pleasant female English UK voice: “Primary” “Secondary” (the voice saying secondary sounds as if she suffered a stroke) “Your headset is connected” “Maximum volume” “Minimum volume” Pleasant “bloop” sound when increasing or decreasing volume. The “bloop” remains at a constant acceptable volume independent of the music volume “Power off” “Power on” “Your headset is connected” “Disconnected” “Pairing” “Reverse” - which means skip backward “Forward” - which means skip forward CLASSICAL Symphony No.6 in B minor, Opus 74 – Tchaikovsky, Teodor Currentzis These small earbuds have some big shoes to fill if it is going to play a Tchaikovsky symphony. Some in-ear headphones cause sound reproduction to sound narrowly funneled into the ears as if you are just pressing a speaker to your ear. It’s no way to experience music. This headset sounds immersive. It can surprisingly achieve expansive orchestral sound that performs beyond its $40 anticipated sound quality. Crash cymbals splash at a nice distance on both sides, the brass sound brassy and the timpani boom. The pizzicato on the cellos are voluminous with a warm hum. Sound reproduction is great across the board for orchestral sounds. - Satisfying for any classical ears. *Erik Satie buys 27...Beethoven crosses arms* ROCK Spirit!! - BAND-MAID It’s a great song to put these headphones to the test since there is such variety with the music, vocals, and backing vocals. Expansive sound even with a 5 piece band. Akane’s quick double kicks and awesome control of the drums in a quick tempo come through cleanly. The headphones are able to reproduce the niceties put into the mixing of the song, so it allows the cymbals to be heard slightly distanced on both sides and the drums sound centered. You get a big, beautiful sound to rock-out to. The headphones allow you to experience the guitars, bass, and vocals being directed to specific stereo fields to add some nuances that don’t get washed out at higher volumes. You can hear the audio of specific notes of instruments being weighted heavier to the left or right as accents to add more richness to the total sound quality. Misa’s growling bass and fills spill out nicely while Miku’s distortion is nice and crunchy. - Adds extra energy to your cardio and is waterproof. EDM Hold Me Close – Flux Pavilion A nuanced big bass torture test. After being impressed with the booming sound of the timpani in Tchaikovsky and withstanding the energy of Band-Maid, it was time to bash these babies with some serious bass. I put the volume all the way up, leaned forward in my seat and let the sound of the intro buzz into my ears with no degraded audio quality detected. I braced for the bass and didn’t know if the headphones would handle it. Thump, thump, thump into a crescendo and a pause. WE HAVE LIFT OFF!! The bass hit with a tenacity and boom as if this was a cake-walk. Yes, I got goosebumps. The electronic notes still stung cleanly despite all of the beautiful chaos going on with percussion. No muddiness, warping, or distortion. - GREAT BASS. DAVIE504 would approve. DEATH TEST Stepchild of Laceration – Disarmonia Mundi The only thing left to do is see if these earbuds will hold up under the pressure of the death test. Killer vocals and rapid double bass with heavy riffs and melodic sections. Regardless of how fast the drums played, the speakers were responsive and didn’t begin blending notes. I jumped to another song (by Infant Annihilator) with ridiculous 32nd notes on the drums and the sound remained clean. Jumped back to Stepchild and picked up where I left off. The screams retained their sinister quality even at full volume. - Impressive audio for your inner demons. Given the audio quality, features, construction quality, and battery life, this product performs above its price of $40.

TOZO Crystal Pods Bluetooth Earbuds - Fantastic Sound, Great Features, Fantastic Low Price
I have several different pair of Bluetooth Earbuds and Over-The-Ear Headphones and I wanted some great sounding earbuds that didn't cost me a fortune like my other sets did, something that I could throw in my pocket or tablet bag and yet have s superb sound, feature rich, and most importantly they had to fit my ear canals without being uncomfortable after wearing them for 30 minutes or more. I bought these TOZO Crystal Pods earbuds based on: Price, Reviews on their sound quality, being able to use these for phone calls, Teams & Zoom Video meetings, app features, and their very asthetic look and appeal. As with almost all rechargeable devices these days, these charge using USB-C so any modern day USB-C charger will work so charging is easy and fairly quick. Fully charged on my first use netted me about 7 hours of play time before they disconnected due to lack of power. How long you can play them on a single charge will depend on your listening volume so keep that in mind. You can download the TOZO app from google play store or Apple's store but it is not necessary to in order to just use the earbuds without ANC (active noise cancelling) or other additional features the app experience offers like different sleep sounds, different EQ presets, etc. I first connected these to my Samsung phone via bluetooth and they easily connected. In my Samsung Music app, there is a feature to setup my own personalize EQ and that works well with these crystal pods. I do recommend going ahead and downloading the TOZO app because of its' additional features you get and it's free to use. These TOZO Crystal Pods seem very sturdy, they sound FANTASTIC, They Fit Comfortably and I can wear them for extended periods of time, they do not fall out of your ears like others do, they sound very clear during calls and video meetings thanks to their 4 internal microphones. and these are priced to where anyone can buy these and enjoy them. I do highly recommend getting yourself a pair of these TOZO Crystal Pods earbuds.

Great sound and superior noise cancelling.
I really like the sound quality of these. The highs are crisp and the bass is full and rich. It makes your music become an immersive experience and you hear things you’ve never noticed before. The noise cancellation is the best I’ve experienced so far. Battery life is about 5-6 hours but you can buy a few more hours if you put them back in the case when you aren’t using them. The battery life is less than any other Tozo model I own, thus the reduction of 1 star. I assume a lot of energy is put into noise cancellation so I’m not going to call the battery life a negative as it could just be a result of the amazing noise cancellation. I have to do more research to say for certain. These buds are light and have a really nice shape. I’ve worn these all day, each day for 7 days and I don’t feel any ear pain. They do come with multiple sizes of ear buds so you can get a good fit for your ears. I always ask several people and they all say that my voice sounds good on calls and no one can hear the baby crying 5 feet away so the mics are only picking up what they need to. So far, so good. I’ll update if I have more to say. For anyone looking for this specific answer, these will only connect to one device at a time, which is standard with my 13 other pairs of earbuds. I mention it because I’ve become addicted to my Tozo O2’s which connect to both of my phones at once and have improved my day tremendously. I use one phone for work, ie. calls, teams meetings (zoom), training videos etc. and my other phone is for shopping on Amazon, streaming, watching YouTube and all the joys in life I don’t want mixed up with my work. Going from a video on one to a call on another device seamlessly is amazing. These earbuds hold a special place because they have what O2 doesn’t, noise cancellation. That is why you need these in addition to your favorite open earbuds whether it’s O2 or OpenEgo. I use all of my earbuds for different purposes so my mention of certain functions not being present in one specific model, isn’t a negative or a complaint, it’s just a different feature/s which has a specific place and time for its use. That is why I love Tozo, they offer something different in every new offering. I love all of my earbuds and they all have specific features which leave none of them sitting in a drawer for very long.

Fantastic Ear Buds.....4.5 Stars!!!
Apart from the fact that I received a slightly damaged package (Hence 4.5 Stars, or else 5 Stars), I have nothing else to complain about, yet! Also, the ear buds and the case are of a darker shade of Blue than what is shown on Amazon. I would have preferred the Amazon shade. I have added plenty of related pictures, hope it helps. The Charging case came in fully charged. Pairing with my Android Phone and Windows 10 laptop was a breeze. Make sure you are disconnected from one device before trying to pair to the other. The Stock Silicone Ear Inserts works fine for me. There is a set of 5 different ones to choose from, depending on your fit. The Ear buds itself fits fine in my ear lobe, I must say this is probably the first ones that I can say so, I have always struggled to find proper ear buds that would stay and not fall off after a few minutes. Bass is really deep, audio is crisp and clear. ouch controls work seamlessly. Tapping the Right Ear bud twice skips forward to the next song and long hold on the right earbud increases volume in steps. Tapping the Left ear bud skips backward to the previous song and long hold on the left ear bud will decrease the volume in steps. Tapping once on either ear bud will jump between Play and Pause and receive/cancel calls. Listening to some of the songs (Hip Hop, R&B, Pop, Classic Rock, Acoustic Guitar, Saxophone, Flute, Piano and some of the different language songs from India), I realized for the first time I was hearing sounds and words that I never realized existed in those songs. The English language in the Instruction sheet needs refining in some sections, but you will be able to make out its intent after reading twice in certain sections. The Charging cable (USB C to USB A/B) is 12.75 Inches end to end. Instruction booklet says to use 5 Volt/1 Amp input, be weary of that, using cell phone fast charger AC adapter may cause issues. This Charging case is capable of wireless charging. When you drop your ear buds into the case, the charging dots align magnetically to the pins, which is very helpful. Fully charged case (with fully charged ear buds) discharged about 1% over night. Having fully charged the base unit only once in the last 3 days, after 72 hours and having used the earbuds for 10 hours and having charged the earbuds a few times, the main unit is still at 90%, while the earbuds are at 100%. I have noticed the earbuds loose about a 1% charge every hour, while they are new. All of the various charger information (Wired/Wireless/AC) is imprinted on the back of the Earbud holder/charger unit. I tried the mono mode with one ear bud in my ear, I was unable to see any difference from the stereo setup, which indicates that it works well as a mono. The Right however says "Primary" when you just remove the Right Ear Bud and place it in your ears. Plenty of Voice cues are given depending on the situation, it would say Primary, Pairing, Disconnected, Connected, Volume up, Volume down and many more. Phone calls are crisp and clear. Person on the other end had no problem hearing to what I was saying during our phone call, even though I was outdoors with a bit of breeze in my ear. I would recommend this to anyone who is shopping for a new pair of Bluetooth earbuds, especially to the ones who are looking for their very first pair!!!

Surprisingly solid earbuds for the price
I bought the TOZO Hybrid ANC looking for a decent pair of everyday earbuds without spending too much. I’ve been using them for several days now, and honestly, they’ve worked really well. The sound is clear, with strong bass that doesn’t feel overwhelming. I liked that vocals and instruments still come through with detail, even in busy tracks. I tried different genres and they all sounded good. The app also lets you adjust the sound to your liking. There are several presets, and you can create your own, which I found really useful. The noise cancellation was better than I expected. It doesn’t block everything, but it cuts down background sounds like traffic or distant conversations quite a bit. On the bus or in a noisy office, it definitely helps. I also tried the transparency mode, and it works well when you need to stay aware of your surroundings without taking the earbuds off. For calls, I had no issues. People could hear me clearly, and I could hear them just fine—even outside. The noise reduction mics seem to do their job because I didn’t have to repeat myself or raise my voice. Battery life has been solid. I used them for several hours in a row without needing a charge. The case gives you multiple recharges and is small enough to carry around in a pocket. The transparent lid isn’t exactly my favorite look, but it’s not a big deal. They’re also comfortable. They fit well in my ears, stayed in place while walking, and I didn’t feel any discomfort after long listening sessions. Bluetooth connection was quick right out of the box and hasn’t dropped once. Overall, I’ve been impressed. They’re not luxury earbuds, but they get the job done really well. Good sound, useful noise canceling, easy to use, and solid battery life. For the price, they offer a lot.

Perfectly average!
I have a bit of an obsession collecting earbuds and headphones. These were an impulse buy and so far they’ve proven worth the $30 price tag. I can’t say that there anything spectacular, they do have noise canceling, which is nice, the battery life is so so, typically wears out for me after about 3 to 4 hours of continuous use so the longer playtime they claim in the ads are definitely not tru, but they never are. Connectivity is decent, I can go from one end of my small house to the other and they only start to break up when I reach the very back so if you’ll be within 10 to 20 feet of your device, you should be just fine. As for sound quality, they’re “ok”, nothing to write home about but they do have decent bass and offer adjustable eq settings. I would put them on par with other brands like soundcore. I wouldn’t pay more than $30 for them but for the price they’re not a waste. For the price, you’ll get the buds and…well, nothing else, no power cord or any other “extras”. Not a big deal as ppl probably have type c cords lying around everywhere, I was just surprised they didn’t include one of those pathetic little white cords you usually get.

Best Company for Earbuds!
I'm a huge TOZO user. I have several models and have left reviews on others. My very first TOZO earbud (one is lost) is still working just fine, but now I keep it as a back up. I bought this model recently because the last model I bought to use for my work set up really weren't good, and I don't even think they make them anymore because of the bad reviews. But, TOZO support was great with that issue. I was drawn in by the design and loved the color. They connect very quickly. I have no volume issues like I did on the previously mentioned model. They're very clear. I have no one complaining they can't hear me. The battery seems to last a long time. I can't really comment on the charging speed, as I don't pay attention to that. Overall, I'm still a massive TOZO fan and you will never see my paying the ridiculous amounts of money these other companies are charging for earbuds. These perform great. Music comes through perfectly. I make tons of phone calls all day long for work, and don't have issues. I do switch between another set only because I'll grab these to use for personal sometimes. Really . . . stop thinking you need to pay much higher prices for a good set of earbuds. I've had several of the big name earbuds. Other than my dog destroying one brand, the others have failed me and that's why I started trying TOZO. And, I'm talking the big name brands that first come to mind when people look for earbuds. Totally not worth the inflated prices. I now have this model, the T20 which I use a lot, the other one which I won't mention because they don't even sell. I had the A1 but someone stole them. I still have one of the T10 that I got years ago, and it still works. I bought another model for my nephew and he was blown away at how good they were. He used to have one of the more expensive brands that I'm sure he lost. But he was brainwashed into thinking he would need $60+ for a new pair. I got him some TOZOs just to prove a point. The price makes these almost impossible to ignore. I'd buy more now just to be safe in case TOZO ever decides to raise their prices.

The Tozos
The Tozo Crystal Pods I used in a Moto Razr 2025. They aren't bad headphone themselves. They sound really good and the transparency mode really keeps you aware. (I recently switched to SkullCandy and noticed the Tozo were better in terms of Transparency.) They fit well even with my earnings in. Battery life is DECENT...I usually had to charge them in the middle of the workday including the case. The Tozo app is not that great imo, I had to get into a pattern of having to put the pods in the case and you cannot make changes to the sound profiles during calls. The translation function is separate and I believe had a cost so I skipped it. The modes like "reduce wind noise" are great but they only help YOU hear better not the caller. These are decent pods, I only switched because I lost the case. The case is TOUGH I dropped it multiple times and it kept going. I also recently found the pod I lost. It had snowed, been kicked a few times, and I found it in the grass still working. I only give it 4 stars because the app is not great and the mic during calls is decent but could be better for the price. Controls are easy once you get used to them but the buttons are touch sensor so be prepared for accidental touches and hangups.
