Pros: Good build quality, easy to setup. Fast response for fingerprint reading. App is easy to use. Cons: Round handle is big compared to my old lock. Since the space between door frame and handle is less, making handle big reduced the space. Improvements. Include option for Wi-Fi. Reduce the handle size.

It’s been a great upgrade from a traditional lock. The fingerprint unlock is fast and accurate. It recognizes my fingerprint almost instantly, which makes getting in and out super convenient—especially when my hands are full. HORRIBLE! Not very durable as it had to be replaced almost immediately for product failure shortly after purchase. Easy installation, but didn't quite fit. Had to chisel out space for the strike plate as it didn't line up properly. Hard to use as it doesn't work consistently . Replacement only recognized finger print occasionally. Codes sometimes didn't work. From time to time, I would have to use the app to unlock the door in order to get into my home! Recently the lock reset itself and I was told that I can't change or add a passcode or fingerprint. As I was told that I couldn't update the code or fingerprint, I was using the app through my phone and suddenly the lock stopped connecting to bluetooth! Complete failure of portability! It randomly said, "Initiation Successful" and then my fingerprints- which only worked occasionally already- completely stopped working and the passcode no longer worked. I have done everything that I have been told to do in order to reset the doorknob and NOTHING has worked. Now, it won't connect to bluetooth. It randomly locks and unlocks on a schedule that I can't decipher. I have to keep a piece of tape over the latch so that I can get into my home any time that I go outside! YES, I HAVE BLUETOOTH ON! You have already sent a replacement product for the crappy original product. This is the absolute worst product ever made! HORRIBLE PRODUCT!!

Great lock! The fingerprint option works great if set up correctly which is very easy to do and having the ability to have back up options like code, fob, Bluetooth and keys are amazing! Highly satisfied has worked great so far and very easy to install.

Solid construction. There are 4 ways I can unlock the door, with my fingerprint, code, key, or fob. It was easy to install and is pretty easy to use. On the negative side, it's a little tricky to lock. You have to keep pushing and holding the button until you hear it say "locked," which can take several time. Also, I would prefer if the metal plate that attaches to the door with the actual locking mechanism were a separate piece. My door just has a round hole, no place to screw a metal plate, so I'm going to need to chisel a rectangular indent. However, it's still excellent. I have programmed in all my kids and grandkids fingerprints, so they can always get in, and I don't have to worry about hiding a key or them losing their key.

Absolute crap! Easy to install and it worked well for 8h but then wouldn’t reconnect to Bluetooth. Resetting didn’t work and could only unlock it with the key and if you forgot the key, you’re locked out!
