Why is an E1 error message appearing?

Please ensure the machine is used in a warm environment, avoid using the equipment near air conditioning vents, direct fan airflow, or in areas with strong air currents, as this may reduce heating efficiency or trigger an E1 error.

What should I do if an E error occurs?

When there are beeps and "E1" or "E2" on the LED screen, please cut the power immediately and restart it after a while.

Why is the low pressure, and why doesn't it feel tight enough?

Our tumbler press can automatically apply ideal pressure according to the diameter of the tumbler. Please ensure your tumbler diameter is between 2.9" -3.2".

Why can't the machine be powered?

If the machine fails to power on, please unplug and replug it, ensure it is firmly plugged in.
