I purchased this after reading about the trace minerals in salt and how this particular salt contains 110. I have to admit it tastes a lot nicer than cheap table salt. Far less harsh. The texture is reasonably fine but it does have a tendency to stick together a bit. It’s clearly excellent quality and I can’t see me going back to lesser brands now. The price varies on here but it’s often quite reasonable. The bag I bought was a good size and should last me quite some time. If you care about what you put in your body I highly recommend this. I find myself often starting the day with a little stirred into a glass of warm water or on busy days I pop a few grains under my tongue. A great option for POTS sufferers too.

I found it beneficial a pinch in my bottle of water is great, I cant drink water without it I've also brought The one in a shaker so I have it on all my food, delivery was very fast

Feels really good to be adding minerals to Malvern Spring Water I collect straight from the springs. Just be sure to not add too much. If you do your cuppa tea doesn’t taste good. A little goes a long way

Quality sea salt, excellent taste & full of trace minerals. Sodium content is obviously high, so not sure using daily as a health supplement is wise. But as a healthy replacement for processed table salt or cooking, this is a great choice

This bag lasts for ages. We use it to remineralise our filtered dinking water. Think we have bought it a couple of times now. It lasts us ages. Quite expensive but it feels clean to use

This is great quality. Fine texture, dissolves easily, and works well for cooking or other uses. Tastes clean and natural. Much better than the random salt you get in the supermarket. It also tastes and seasons better. Not sure how to explain it but you’ll notice when you start using it. Great value for money and good moisture content. A good staple to have in the kitchen.

I absolutely love Baja Gold Fine Sea Salt! The flavor is clean, rich, and much more balanced than regular table salt. It enhances the taste of food without being overpowering, and I appreciate that it's naturally rich in trace minerals. A little goes a long way, and it has become my go-to salt for everyday cooking.
