Product is easy to use. I bought 2 tubs in the hopes that it would help my septic system drain better. I used them from the time I got them until I had to call for a refund before it was too late. The product didn't seem to work at all on my septic system. It still drains very slowly. I called the company and asked for a refund or them to send me some more product because I'm much more concerned about getting my septic system working than writing a bad review. I got a full refund from Dr. Pooper, rather quickly. You can buy with confidence that they will stand behind their product.

Works as it should. When put directly into my distribution box between tank and drain field, it cleared all blockage. Just follow instructions. Two tablets three days apart until blockage is cleared.

EPIC FAILURE! We have used Accelerator for about five years now. We had our 1500 gal septic tank pumped first and then began religiously following the Accelerator instructions. Last week, our septic tank backed up. Thought it might be blockage from the house. Nope. The septic tank filter? Well, slightly but not THE problem. The drain fields clogged? Nope. We just had our tank pumped out because the accelerator did not work as advertised. The service inspected for drain field issues, none found. Blockage, none. Just a crappy, filled septic tank that accelerator failed to maintain. Since pumping out a septic tank should be done every five years or so, we WASTED HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS on this useless product and STILL HAVE TO PAY FOR A PUMP JOB. Btw, there was very little grease, not a single hand wipe only mostly expected and normal crap in our septic tank. There was NOT ONE SIGN THAT ACCELERATOR HAD DONE EVEN ONE BIT OF GOOD. Save your money and plan on scheduling a pump out every 3-5 years. Disappointed and disgusted that we paid so much for protection we never got.

June 2024, I started using this. At first, I thought it worked. Smelly Water had been coming out of the ground 300 feet from the septic tank. Fall rain came and water was coming out of the ground, not so smelly. I contacted Dr Pooper for help. I injected 9 tablets underground in three locations. I don't know if that helped. A man from a septic company came and said water is coming out of the ground because it is at a lowest elevation and the dirt needs to be built up, which I have been doing. The tablets were worth a try. The only change I have noticed is less strong odor.
