This is an excellent cream for pain relief. It helps muscle pain and stiffness, and also helps bruises to heal quickly. The product is quickly absorbed in the skin and is non-greasy. It is fragrance free. It’s reasonably priced absolutely no odor or skin irritation. it works I like it a lot.

Pretty much instant pain relief. Dries quick, and not sticky. The pain-relief effect wears off after a half day or so but it's a big help if you're trying to get to sleep. I didn't expect this stuff to work at all, so it's not a placebo thing. My only complaint is the price.

All I can say is that, you will love this product! My doctor recommended it after I fell off my horse in a freak accident where the horse stepped on my leg thigh and calf (besides the concussion I also got)! Man it was immediate results! I use the gel and rub it in good where I have a sore muscle! I forget I had a pain in just two or three minutes!!! Really!! I am 83 and and I never let Arnica run out! I tell young people to old people if I hear them complain about a sore muscle! I think it is like a ‘miracle substance’. It is not stinky like Begay for example, and Ilke the light refreshing smell which goes away once the stuff is dry to the touch! Even though I am 83, I still work in the lumber and construction materials at Home Depot. So I am lifting Up to 80lb. Bags of concrete and all kind of lumber. So I do get daily sore places and I just rub on Arnica and literally forget about it. If it does not work the first time I just reapply the Arnica again and for sure a really sore (bruised) muscle is on its way to recovery. However ta really sore muscle may require applying Arnica a few days in row but each time I am good for that day at work! I can not more highly recommend this stuff! Older age...lol....I often wake up, sit up and ohhhhhh....so, rub a little Arnica on my low back. Get up and within minutes I've forgotten there was stiffness, ache, and low back complaint. I used to be surprised how quickly it works, no more surprises, it just works. A cheap fix for rubbing on bruises, pulled muscles, and definitely for morning-rising aching, low back leftovers from yesterday's activities. Works best if used right away. A banged knee, shin, arm, whatever. Grab the Arnica gel and rub it in.

This gel works pretty well I do notice pain relief with it. I’ve had multiple orthopedic surgeries and am trying to decrease use of OTC pain drugs. It absorbs really fast and leaves skin soft. It is too expensive though because you do have to apply a thick layer so it doesn’t last long.

I have to write a review on this gel cream. I was using Diclofenac at first which didn't work like I needed it to d for my knees. So I saw this advertised and decided to give it a try. It got rid of the swelling in my feet and knees. The tightness also that was in my knees has gone. So I am glad that I switched. It also moisturizes and it doesn't leave you ashy like most gels.

Don’t buy this. I bought it in Sep 2024, I didn’t realize it would expire in Feb 2025. I wanted to use it 1st time and throw it away now. Waste of money
