Smart Jewelry - Personal Safety Device - Necklace

Great sense of security for any age. Customer service is top notch. They helped me just a few times with questions. They stand by their product. Had a clasp break and they immediately sent me a new chain. They are the best service providers I have encountered. A real must have! Very attractive gold necklace as well.

Bought this for my mother who lives next door. Easily set up contacts, and testing went smoothly and easily. I tested it over the next several days and it worked. On my phone and my mothers the App was active,connected and working. Three weeks later, last night, my mother was not feeling well and I said lets test to ensure it is working AND IT WAS NOT! On my phone and my mothers it looked no different than when we ran the tests -the app was on and working. but when she presses the button, it did not work. We tried several times and nothing. I had kept the original packaging and instructions, and I coudl not solve. There is no phone number or chat to contact anyone to assist. I went to the site and the FAQ's dont provide how to solve. Amazon did call me after I requested so via the refund process and they could not solve either. VERY DISAPPOINTED AND MORE IMPORTANTLY - IN MY OPINION DANGEROUS!

Let me just start by saying that if you didn't know this was a safety device, you'd say it's a very pretty piece of jewelry. And THAT'S the point. No one is supposed to know that it can actually save your life. I ordered this for my daughter to wear around campus. We looked at many other safety devices (taser, pepper spray, etc) but they were too awkward and hard to get to in case of emergency. This is easy to set up and in case (God forbid!!) you need it, press it and 5 contacts as well as 911 are alerted and given your GPS location. It's worth every penny we paid for it. My daughter has gotten many compliments by her friends saying how nice her necklace is and they are in shock when she tells them what it is and how it works. Like I said, it's very discreet and could possibly get you out of an unwanted situation or save your life. I didn’t know something like this existed until I saw it on a parent’s FB page for my daughter’s college.

The necklace appearance is very nice. Encountered problems when trying to activate it. I reached out to their customer support and found out that I couldn't activate it until I was signed up for the monthly subscription. I did not know that I needed a monthly subscription. I thought for it to contact family there was no subscription needed, but to activate police then I would need a subscription. I believe the monthly subscription was $19.99.

After domestic abuse issues with my ex I purchased this necklace. It’s functional and looks good to wear inside or outside my clothing. I’ve tested whether the messages get to my contacts and it all works as advertised. Would recommend for others in a similar situation

Cheap, poor quality. Don’t waste your money. It broke after 2 months and the finish had worn off so it looked hideous. I bought it for my daughter, and had to cancel the subscription-which was also a pain in the neck. Don’t waste your money

First… a thank you note with the purchase? I feel so loved and appreciated! Second, an easy to install app on my phone. That’s rare. Seriously… they hold your hand and walk you through the process. You don’t need to be tech savvy but, if you have a problem, you can email them for even more hand holding to help you install the app on your phone. For work, I attend a lot of evening events in Boston. Having this attractive piece of jewelry protecting me leaves me feeling safe and secure, especially in a quiet, dark parking garage. And as I leave the house, my husband always asks “do you have your invisaWear necklace with you?” How sweet is he? I’m giving this stylish safety accessory a 5 star review because it exceeds my expectations. Cheers!

Just remember to buy the adt plan. Without it the necklace will not work. And I had to put it on a different chain because of a reaction my skin had a reaction to it. Other than that it works.
