The bottle says two softgels daily, but then recommends two softgels twice daily for higher intensity support. So if you follow the stronger dosage, this 180-count bottle only lasts about 45 days. That makes it even more expensive than it already looks. I used to take Sports Research triple strength where I only needed one softgel a day, so this feels like a downgrade in value.

Pas de goût. Inspire confiance. A chaque fois que j'achète des omega3 en gélule, j'en découpe 1, pour la goûter et vérifier quelles ne sont pas rance. Celles ci n'ont aucun goût ou arrière goût particulier. Je n'ai eu aucun problème de digestion. La concentration permet de n'en prendre qu'une par jour.
