QR code does NOT work. Bad breakaway.
The QR code straight up doesn’t work, I got these despite the reviews because they’re pretty and I figured maybe I’d have a luckier go at it but I was wrong. No scanner, nor my camera or the actual website of the collar is able to scan the QR code, and honestly if I was wearing this and got stuck it’d probably choke me to death 10 times over before it unlatched. I’ll be keeping them because they’re pretty but my kitties will only wear them around me, other than that if these issues weren’t present tbh they’d be a 10/10.

QR code works now!
I wanted to love this collar but the QR code never loaded. I was unable to put any of my cat's info on it, so it was useless. I returned it. I do not recommend it.EDIT 04-18-25:The seller reached out to me and offered a new collar free of charge to try again. They fixed the QR code and I was able to register my cat. I'm hoping the collar lasts a long time. My kitty is an indoor cat, but it gives me peace of mind knowing his info is registered and could help us reunite if he becomes lost. :)

It’s okay.
I love the glow in the dark feature, but the adjustable straps are not secure. It loosens too easily and had a stretching feature. It falls off daily. Also, the QR code is very difficult to scan due to the lack of legibility and how small it is. Product was a good thought. Wouldn’t buy it again.

QR Code Doesn’t Work
Got two of these yesterday and so far it has been problem after problem setting the them up.First the website was down, then you would scan the QR code to set it up and it would take you to a blank website. Customer service resolved this issue, but now when I’m trying to pair the collars with the pet profile and it won’t pair. Seems to be really glitchy and not reliable especially if your pet is lost.Outside of that the collar itself is cute, but not a true breakaway collar. It’s really hard to get it unlatched. The material is elastic stretchy so in theory if your cat gets stuck somewhere they might be able to get unstuck by slipping out of it.

Ease of use and simple to set up!
It's an amazing easy to use collar! I bought this one for our newest addition and with how easy and simple it was to set up and put on, I ended up buying a second one the next day for our older cat!

QR Code Doesn't Work
I really liked this collar for the color, the fabric, and elasticity, but the entire purpose of buying the collar was for the QR code function and I can't even register the QR code by scanning it on my phone. This means an average person finding my cat would struggle to scan the QR code and probably give up which is a problem. My husband and I both tried to scan the QR code on different phones and never got the QR code to scan. I don't recommend buying this collar for the QR code functionality which is unfortunate.
