Comparing the H4 with the K4 (spoiler alert, H4 wins)
First off, I will say that no matter what head strap you get, you will have some pressure on your head. The choice is, however, whether you want that pressure mostly on your face (K4) or mostly on your forehead and a little bit on your face (H4)?Personally, I prefer the pressure on my forehead as it is more tolerable for me. That is why I prefer the H4, and returning the K4. With the H4, I feel that I have more adjustment options. Many reviewers stated that the H4 is too loose, especially when compared to the K4, however, I feel that the H4 was plenty stable. Additionally, you can configure this headset to press against your face as well, to give you that K4 feel if you enjoy those super intensive and workout apps. However, for all games I played (shooters mostly) I was able to adjust the H4 with minimal pressure on my face and still able to react quickly and look around quickly in the game without feeling the headset was loose. With the K4 that I used exclusively for about a week, I would get painful pressure on my cheeks within about 20-30 minutes. This also affected my ability to close one eye when aiming snipers and would fatigue my face rather quickly. This happened even when I tried to put as much pressure as possible on the top strap of the K4 to shoulder as much of the load as possible. I do appreciate though that the K4 has a more "integrated" charging cable, where the H4 cable pretty much just goes from the battery pack to the Quest externally. But this is such a minor detail that has no affect when the headset is on.Another win for the H4 is that you are able flip up the headset without any adjustments and see your surroundings when in a game, something that you cannot do in the K4 as the pressure on your face is what keeps the Quest on. The battery seems to be the same on both, and adds about 2-3 more hours to the headset for a total of about 4-5 hours. Another positive (for both the H4 and K4) is that the charging input is at the back and bottom of the head strap making it easier to enjoy the Quest 3 while charging, as opposed to coming out the side of the Quest 3.Ultimately, I personally feel the halo style head strap is much more comfortable, allowing for longer play sessions without much discomfort.

Fits perfect, very comfortable.
The fit is perfect, super easy to swap and install. Solid build and good quality. Comfortable fit and the headset feels very well balanced with the battery on the back. There is no face pressure and the ratchet design allows the headset to be shared easily and quickly customized. Great design, very functional, and extends the time I can play both from comfort and battery life.

Light and comfortable, a little stiff when adjusting
The part that actually snaps onto the Quest 3 is very stiff for me only on the right side (left side is perfectly fine). So whenever I’m adjusting it, it feels like I might accidentally break the headstrap. I’ve seen some people talk about how it’s made with fragile cheap materials but I think they intentionally used lighter plastics to make it a bit lighter. I tried my friend’s Bobovr strap and it was too heavy for my head. This one seems just slightly better, enough for me to opt for this one. The feature I like the best is how I can charge it and not worry about my Quest 3 as it will charge it at the same time. Just wish mine wasn’t so stiff. Just a slight annoyance but I also wish the cable had some sort of clip to the side as it feels a lot longer than needed.

Comfortable. Long lasting battery.
Box was damaged, received a small refund on the item. The item itself was fine and works great! Very comfortable. The battery + charged headset lasts 3+ hours, depending on whether you are streaming or using the headset to play.

So far it's great
I received this halo head strap a couple days ago and so far I'm very pleased. It's adjustable and fits well. The strap tightens around my head, keeping the weight off my nose and forehead. I can move with confidence while playing games and me and my grandson can switch back and forth on competition games and adjust it to our preference quickly and easily. The battery easily doubles the play time and charges in a couple hours for more game time faster. As long as nothing changes I rate it 5 stars. Highly recommended.

Definitely worth it
This replacement for the Quest 3 strap is an immense improvement over the base nylon strap and even the elite strap. Rather than holding to you with pressure, it has a cushioned piece that rests on the forehead and more holds the headset in front of you than pulls it into your face. The end result is a massive increase in comfort that makes using the Quest 3 feel far more natural.

immediately disappointed
Immediately disappointed. The moment I put the head strap on, I knew I made a huge mistake buying this product. Most of the reviews mention crappy quality and I chalked it up to poor use, but it really does feel cheap. The worst part for me is the head strap does NOT hold the quest 3 in place WHAT SO EVER. If you use this head strap, you run the risk of the headset flying off. It does not have a secure fit at all.Now I have to do the hassle of figuring out how to return the product for a full refund, and shipping it back, or just call it an $80 loss…

Pressure feeling on back of head
This seems like a great device with a built in battery as well. However, right from the start, I'm feeling a lot of pressure on the back of the head near the base where it makes contact. Seems like all pressure from face is transferred there.Hopefully there's an adjustment setting else I won't be able to use this and hopefully can return it.The built in battery is nice for 3+ hours claimed but haven't been able to validate. Also, when you put the unit away, it continues to supply power to the MetaQuest3 which consumes battery and I can see the green light is on on the unit.Maybe an on/off manual switch would have helped better. It seems useful and easily puts on and off and has a few adjustment angles but the pressure issue remains. The strap feels nice and the weight does not seem a lot when I hold it so it is good. However, I'm not yet sold on it.Will update review in case I find a solution.
