I absolutely love this frying pan! The ceramic non-stick coating works amazingly well, food cooks evenly and doesn't stick, making both cooking and cleanup so easy. The quality feels excellent, and everything I make comes out tasting great. I've used it for eggs, vegetables, and meats, and it performs beautifully every time. If you're looking for a reliable ceramic frying pan, I highly recommend this one!

Best pan I've ever bought. I was skeptical...but the non-stick is amazing. Eggs just slide right off the pan with minimal oil.

I bought the 8 inch pan a few weeks ago and have been using it daily. It still looks like new and the nonstick surface works great. The company gives excellent instructions and provides a small, well made screwdriver for attaching the handle. Even though I’ve used it a lot the handle hasn’t needed tightening. I have now purchased a larger version from the same company.

I am loving this fry pan!!!! I searched LONG AND HARD for a really good, durable, aesthetically-pleasing, workable fry pan that had a good non-stick coating, with all the P-whatever-whatever-whatever's -free. I believe this one fits the bill! I was looking for something specific, 11", ...not 12", not 10", but right in between. As you can see from my pics, I have a standard glasstop range that doesn't give me much cooktop space, but I like to make quesadillas where I fold a large flour tortilla over into half moon shape that's then cut in half so I have two folded quarters. I needed them to fit flat in the pan so the corners weren't climbing up the sides. This was the fry pan. I love the wooden handle and knob on the lid. I could've done without the venthole in the glass lid, but eh, I'll deal with it for all the other features this fry pan filled for me. The base is really good and sturdy, has a wee bit of weight to it; not enough to be too heavy, but enough to be well-built that you know it won't warp. I wasn't sure about the thick edge of the fry pan, but I've gotten used to it quickly and I love it now. The handle came unassembled but with one screw, was super easy to install. The lid came assembled with it's knob attached. It was packaged well for shipping, so no accidents or dings or cracks on the way to me. I normally use it every single morning to make fried eggs, and they come out great. I do have to let it heat up a tad bit longer than the former fry pan I owned from Gr**npan. That one warped badly. Never had one warp like that before. This Sensarte will not warp. I've cooked for many decades and used many fry pans and skillets, so I can tell this one is well-built and durable. The ceramic coating is great!! Please note, however, you are instructed to "season" it before 1st use. I didn't, but I'm not really having any issues. I only handwaash mine, but it's so quick and easy to wash, no problem!! Since the bottom is stainless steel, you can use an SOS pad to keep it clean so it won't get cooked on burnt stains on the bottom. Just be careful not to scrub into the outer painted part. Highly recommend!! Oh!, and it's a great price for what all you get.
