Idk what they mean by shearness is not see through. But this is exactly what I needed for my nectar mattress. I have a really bad back with alot of issues and surgery. I bought my mattress but it was too stiff for me and always wore up sore and hurting and couldn't sleep well. Decided to get this 3inch mattress topper after doing allot of research. I'm not a allergic to latex so i decided on this topper. I'm glad i did becuz it really helps. I can sleep comfortable at night and I don't want up sore. Im about 190lbs so I'm not small. The topper hasnt sunken in our changed shape or form and I've had it for awhile now. I'm really please with it.

BAD customer service!
Would be a 0 star but couldn't choose that. I actually bought a pillow from them. The quality of the materials was really bad. AND on their Google search page it says free Returns. and after I received the pillow and felt how bad the product was really made I asked to return it. I got a response that they actually do not return pillows...?!!!! what? what company does not have a return policy. They must know that their product is really bad.
