I’d definitely recommend Fybogel to anyone struggling with constipation. It has worked really well for me, especially compared to other fibre products I’ve tried. I've been using this for a few weeks and am pleased with the results so far. I appreciate the texture, as it's not extremely grainy or clumpy. Pretty smooth consistency and mixability if you use one of those electric stirrers (I already had one for my coffee).I used to take Metamucil sometimes back in the US, and it always made me feel bloated. Hardly worked for me either, but this stuff has been great for my digestion.
