This has been a game changer for our family of four allowing us to fit on a whole load more clothes than before. When the product extends it locks safely into place and lets you hang a gargantuan amount of clothes on it! It is well made and easy to use with the locking mechanism. The drying capacity is huge as already mentioned and its appearance demonstrates it is well made! Portable when folded down and easy to store. Very easy to recommend this product.

Excellent airer, large capacity but not space consuming. I've just popped another in my basket as the previous one has just broken. It lasted nearly three years, almost always loaded down. It's stood up to a fan heater blowing air at it in winter (not unsupervised). It finally broke because I have to lean against it to put sheets over the top as I'm not quite tall enough. Almost three years of this heavy work is actually very good. Will be placing my order for a new one in a few days.

This product was not as well made as the first one I brought. Some of the bars are not straight. Will see if there is any problem when I use it. The packaging for this was not suitable arrived split.

Good dryer

Flimsy, badly made, the screws bend out of shape extremely easily. Has the strength of a wet paper bag. Avoid.

For what it is, it was expensive. When it arrived all four corners of the packaging were damaged. All of the drying racks were bent and when I opened it fully, it is very unsteady and very flimsy. I can't send it back as I have destroyed the packaging and can't walk to the Post Office, as I am disabled.
