Rice Toner, Milky Toner for Soothing and Glowing Skin

I’ve been using this toner morning and night for the past several days now. And the first thing I noticed was the nice soft glow it left on my skin after applying. Rice water contains so many beneficial ingredients for your skin that contribute to hydration, brightening, and reduction in redness or irritation. It's fragrance-free and oh so gentle on your skin. It lacks the drying qualities that are problematic with many other toners. I'm always surprised by how much makeup it picks up, even after just cleaning my skin. Rice is my favourite skincare ingredient and I also love milky toners so I was excited to try this and to be honest it meets my expectations. It’s very lightweight, non greasy but hydrating and soothing. My dry sensitive skin loves it.
