I purchased 3 Godrej door lock units. Unfortunately, all three locks are not working properly and the doors remain locked due to the malfunction. I contacted Godrej customer service and registered a complaint, but my request for service was denied. This is very disappointing, as the products are defective and require immediate attention.

Overall the lock and mechanism is pretty good considering Godrej as a brand. However gave 3 stars as the screws provided with the locks are of bad quality. The heads of the screws broke when the carpenter was tightening the same. Infact all of the screws had the same issue.

At the price of 1800 Rs i found this lock as Ok Ok type not that durable but at the end it is of godrej brand so we can trust blindly. Operation was very smooth and fit was also Ok, security wise it is best in this budget range.
