Let's be real: Natty tastes like straight up vomit. It has a strange smell, turns water into a sickly, cloudy white, and is rough to get down. I do choke it down because of the cost, and I've found that mixing it with a sprinkle of any sugar free water flavor packet makes it slightly tolerable. Too afraid to risk trying the two available flavors 'cause if they're just as awful, I can't mix anything in to help get it down. So 4 stars for vomit? Heck yes because this stuff works, and after 21 days in (starting my 4th week now w/ Ghost Size, and I have taken it every day, even rest days), I cannot deny the obvious assistance it provides. Muscles are visually larger, firmer to the touch (without flexing), and my key target areas (arms/shoulders and legs) look solid. The muscles pop. Around the same time I started Ghost Size, I also started incorporating more red meat into my diet (80/20 fat/lean and mostly ground beef), focusing more on healthy fats over proteins (true keto), starting eating cleaner (real food/veg vs. protein shakes/bars when the natural option is cheaper and better for you), and focused more on lifts/strength training with more deliberate movements rather than a clean 50/50 split between strength and cardio. Any one of the above factors could be altering the muscles growth/appearance, but I do believe Ghost is giving the body the extra boost to really make the muscles shine. I am developing some nice lines in the shoulders/arms that I very pleased to see. And I do think, after 21 days, Ghost is a contributing factor. Mixes well (thankfully). No lumps, and it does dissolve in a flash. No side effects that I've felt/noticed. No headaches or pains or tummy upset, nothing. Cost is maybe a touch high, but I am willing to pay it for the results I'm seeing, so that's a wash. Flavor leaves... so much to be desired (this is my first "pre-workout" I've ever had; I used to be all protein powders only), so maybe the flavor is normal for those. But YUCK! Worth it though. I mix it up, chug it down, add a swirl of fresh water to the same cup to make sure I sweep up any remaining morsels (gotta get your money's worth), and suck the whole 8 oz down (with a full scoop) in about 10 seconds. Try it. If you don't see a difference, you can drop it. But for me, it works. 100% trust Ghost and their product line, so I will be buying Vomit #2 here shortly.

I can’t tell you the science behind what’s in this and what it does to your body to get muscle size moving, but it works. I would however recommend to also buy an inexpensive creatine for non workout days so you’ll still get your 5g everyday without the added workout specific items and it’ll be more cost effective.

I really see the results and feel stronger with my lifts. It takes about a week or two of taking a serving each day before you start to notice. Digesting is fine and I take it before I hit the gym. Flavor I got was the cherry limeade and it’s 7/10 taste.

I have a sensitive stomach so it’s hard to find supplements that don’t give me heartburn or indigestion. This one works great.

One of the rare times a supplement has impressed me with actual noticeable results. Worth adding to your regimen if your goals are an increase in load capacity and explosive strength.
