I’ve suffered my whole life with histamine issues without realizing I was suffering. 56 years later (with intercranial hypertension, extreme lethargy after eating & feeling like I’m day drinking all the time. Damage to my teeth & my nerves from advanced neuropathy, lupus like episodes in cycles of fever, & severe body aches. All caused by MCAS. What finally got my attention 🤦🏻‍♀️ was sweaty palms & feeling extremely dizzy after I ate. A childhood symptom I recognize now as an adult i was anxiety or irrational fears after eating high histamine foods. As an adult I learned how to handle & hide it outwardly. This DOA (along with rx meds I’m now on) is a game changer. When I feel myself going into a reaction taking this helps immensely. If you have any unusual symptoms that you have learned to live with &/or have new weird symptoms trying a DOA IMO is a good place to start. Okay so I bought this hoping it would help with some ongoing sensitivity and digestive issues I’ve been dealing with. DAO supplements get recommended a lot for sensitivity support, so I figured — why not give it a real shot. One month in and I’m going to be honest — I haven’t had that dramatic “oh wow I feel amazing” moment yet. But here’s the thing — my body is sensitive to a lot of supplements lately, so the fact that I haven’t had any bad side effects is actually a positive for me. No stomach upset, no weird reactions, nothing. Just easy-to-take capsules and we’re good. I do feel like maybe I’m a little less puffy overall, but I’m still waiting to see if the benefits build more over time. I went into this hoping it would magically fix everything overnight — it didn’t. But it also hasn’t made anything worse, which honestly says a lot for me. At this point I’m still taking it and planning to reorder because I feel like this may be more of a gradual support supplement rather than something with instant noticeable results. If you’re expecting dramatic overnight changes, that hasn’t been my experience after a month. But no bad side effects and maybe some mild improvement? I’ll take it for now.

Great for people with MCAS, helps control histamine release in the GI system. Its not a cure but it helps.

I use this product to prevent MCAS flare ups! So far so good. You're suppose to gradually increase the number of tablets you take, but I honestly have only needed to take one tablet with meals! Will probably buy again!

I have MCAS and histamine intolerance and these have been a tremendous help with my food tolerances. It definitely makes a difference in my digestion and histamine dumps. These are my go to brand for affordability and quality, especially since I take two with each meal. Have tried other brands to bad results, and others that did work were simply too expensive to keep buying.
