I rarely write review but this item has literally saved me. With perimenopause I was suffering from sudden anxiety depression mood swings and pain with intimacy. This thing change everything . I was taking two a day and I felt a drastic change in my mood and depression swings. There is a huge difference after taking it for about a month less dryness in intimate relationships. Maybe not the same experience for everyone but it worked for me. I only took this because I went to see a Nutrional Dr and asked for help with my perimenopause symptoms. He gave me a list of ingredients and I found that this one had it all. It really helped me alot I also too gaba tea but this one works better I think the price is also reasonable

I recently started taking the Black Cohosh with Wild Yam, Red Clover, Evening Primrose, and Ashwagandha supplement for hormone balance support. While I haven't been using it long enough to speak definitively to its effectiveness in addressing hot flashes and perimenopausal symptoms, I can share my initial impressions. First, I was pleased with the packaging. The bottle was well-sealed and arrived in good condition. Secondly, and perhaps most importantly, the capsules are completely tasteless. This is a huge plus for me, as I often struggle with supplements that have a strong or unpleasant aftertaste. I'm hopeful that this blend of herbs will provide relief from my icky cramps and help to balance my hormones during perimenopause. The combination of ingredients seems promising, and I appreciate that it's made and tested in the USA. I will update this review in the future as I continue to use the product and can better assess its effectiveness. Pros: Well-packaged. Tasteless capsules. Made and tested in the USA. Combination of herbs for hormone balance support. Cons: (Too early to assess effectiveness) Not a miracle. Overall: My initial impression of this hormone balance supplement is positive. This stuff works have gotten rid of my hot flashes!!!

I'm 50, still getting my period but more erratically and all the fun menopausal symptoms are coming out to play. I started getting hot flashes at the start of the year, and by early February they were coming on every 20 minutes or so, all day and night. I had read up on black cohosh and figured I had nothing to lose. I deliberately didn't change anything else about my habits in the two weeks since I've been taking them and I'm grateful and stunned at how effective they have been. Instead of 30-plus drench-to-freeze flashes every single day, I'll get a couple of much, much milder ones, usually at night. I know this is anecdotal, but it's really how it's worked out for me so far so if you are suffering, just get these and take the chance.
