I was having problems getting to sleep a while ago and thought I would try these and not going to lie they didn’t really help with that for me personally but my sleep quality was amazing and I was not expecting that at all! I had a period where I had to do early early shift and with the help of these I had no problem getting up for my first alarm which is not like me and feeling amazing!! They taste amazing aswell is like a treat before bed and might seem like a lot of my money however have changed my sleeping forever! Not what I bought them originally for but something I didn’t know I needed! :)

It doesn't have any effects. I was using another brand, and it worked like magic. This one is just a waste of money. Please don't buy this.

Haven't seen great results with these I have been having 2 and not really seen an improvement in my sleep. They taste great though and don't leave an after taste or anything. Great value for money if you only need one to help you sleep.
