Best neck massager I’ve ever used! It provides deep relief for my neck and shoulders, especially after a long day of work. Easy to use, great quality, and definitely worth the money. Highly recommend!

Sometimes it turns off after 5 mins instead of the time it indicates, which is 10 minutes, but I think it’s because it overheats and stops the massage. I know i’m probably over using it, but it’s just something I noticed. The lowest setting is really fast so I wish it was slower and more gentle. I really like the quality of the gun in terms of the softness where you hold it, and also the touch screen however, I wish it had a smaller grip and a bit lighter in weight because it gets heavy and difficult to keep still in certain areas since it’s heavy. These features aren’t a huge deal to me, they’re just things I’ve noticed after using it everyday that’s why I give 4 stars.

I decided to buy this item because I work out a lot and despite doing my stretches, I still get very tight and sore. I am used to getting deep tissue massages but this is an option in between the massages. The item charges quickly and holds charge well. I like the various massage heads for different areas of the body, I have not tried the heated option yet but I am excited to do so. The massage gun has a auto shut off if used continually for 10 minutes which is useful but then you ten to forget that the machine is left on 'on' which can drain the battery. The massage gun is also heavy, wish it was a bit lighter. It is easy to use and I like that the various attachments are screwed on instead of snapping in, they seem more secure. I use it on the highest setting and feel that it could be more powerful but I am used to deep tissue massages. All in all, a great product!

We accidentally left our massage gun in Colorado when we came home from vacation. I found this one and liked the idea of the heat element. It was on an Amazon deal so I decided to buy it. This thing is amazing. I actually feel loosened up after my husband uses it on my back. The heat feature is nice, I would be fine with it getting warmer but I always have something between my skin and the massage gun. It came in a handy carrying case so you can take it with you and keep all the pieces together. The touch screen is a little sensitive to the touch. Even on the lowest setting it removes knots. This product is definitely worth the buy.

This massage gun is surprisingly heavy. It has a wide handle which makes it kind of hard to hold. The box had already been opened when I received it. Someone else must have had it and no one checked it when it was returned. It cuts off every few minutes which is kind of annoying. The heated massage head is the best part of using the massager. I wish you didn’t have to charge the heated accessory separate though. Decent enough massager. I still use it on legs and feet. Wish it was smaller and more lightweight.

El primer día que lo use fue genial, tenía carga y como era novedad y la verdad daba muy buen masaje lo use varias veces y diario, aun así le duró la pila y fuerza. pero después de avele cargado la pila en mi casa por primera vez ya no tenía la misma potencia, nose si salió con falla mi aparato, la verdad no se, si comunicarme con el vendedor para preguntar si esto es normal, porque el aparato me desestreso por completo los primeros días que lo use y me encantó pero siento que perdió la fuerza después de la primera recarga.

Es un poco pesada,cumple con su funcion, buen agarre y potencia.

As a massager it does a good job. Have to take a couple of stars off for its false claim of providing USB-C charging. All they’ve done is swapped a Micro-USB socket with a USB-C one. No chips for handling an actual USB-C power supply, so it can’t even negotiate the basic 5V that it needs. All you can use is a dumb USB A power supply that always provides the basic 5V. Sick of cheap tech doing this, but unfortunately not uncommon in gear that’s sold to the general public who often aren’t aware of the difference (see the number of other reviews from confused customers).
