Pull back the mirror lever and lower the other end of the swivel mount fully home into the mirror cavity.Push the lever fully towards the swivel mount so that it locks the mount into position. 3,Unclip the two retaining straps and pass them around the headrest. Clip the straps together and pull them tight to securely fasten the mirror. 4,Adjust the mirror angle so that you have a clear view of your child from the car's rear view mirror. Review: Very high quality! - I purchased this on Prime Day to replace a box store purchase that had broken. The box store one never fit right and was hard to position. The mirror on the box store one was very cheap and cloudy and never really helped much anyway. By contrast this one is like looking in the mirror at the hair salon! It's beautiful, clear and very good quality. The mount was very easy to install and it stays put so I can see my son in his rear facing car seat throughout the ride. It's clear enough that he can see me as well and has been noticeably calmer during car rides since I installed this mirror. I highly recommend this for families with rear facing babes. It's a peace of mind that I didn't know I was missing but desperately needed. Review: Just what we needed after all - So initially I loved the product. Easy to install and it’s big enough to see my baby in the back seat. . Until about a few days later when I got to actually use it, I went to adjust the view on it and it completely fell apart. I don’t know if it was delivered like that or if the plastic couldn’t stand the Arizona heat. It’s been in the high 90s low 100s.
